We have just returned from Dalyan and Villa 64 did not disappoint its the best villa we have stayed in to date you have everything you would need its a home from home Very convenient to all that Dalyan has to offer it has the most relaxing pool area great to unwind and soak up the sun with a dip in the pool stayed for two weeks and its the best sleep we have had when not at home beautiful beds and bed linen super large towels and fantastic shower Rober and Sara have thought about everything with a very informative book that tells you all you need to know about the villa the appliances and the area comunication from Robert was great he was fast to respond to a few questions we asked we can not find any negatives its just a perfect villa we hope to return next year

Fantastic villa

Wonderful two weeks at this lovely villa. Exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is in a great location within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. Well equipped with air conditioning and a lovely pool and garden to relax in. Rob was a fantastic host and promptly helped us with any queries we had. Can’t wait to come back again.

Wonderful like home from home.

Loved everything about this property, The communication from Rob was excellent leading up to and throughout our stay. The location is great and a short walk to bars and restaurants but on a very quiet street. Lots of lovely touches and a welcome basket that helps you settle in. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great villa

Well what can I say, everything really well thought out to make your stay so comfortable it feels like home. Fully equipped kitchen.TV with soundbox,Alexa,dvd in upstairs bedroom. Hairdryer, washing machine. Several seating areas to relax or eat.Barbecue area,pool sun beds and parasols.rock tomb views from balcony. 5 minutes walk to shop,restaurants and river. Rob responds quickly to messages and I hope to come back in the future

A home away from home

This was our second stay in Dalyan and villa 64 is by far the nicest villa we have stayed in. The location is perfect and the villa itself was so modern and well maintained. You can tell it’s very well cared for every room is so well equipped for function and comfort. You immediately feel at ease at villa 64 as if it was your own home. For that reason we rarely left, the kids were happy in the pool day and night, while the kitchen was so well stocked to do cooking anytime. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who wants to discover beautiful Dalyan for themselves.

Fabulous Property

Our 4th stay in Dalyan & enjoyed it just as much. This is a lovely villa, a real home from home. An easy 10 minute stroll from the main street which has great restaurants & bars. Rob was a great host who kept in touch & made everything easy. Highly recommend this villa.

Absolutely stunning villa!!

Wow. This villa is absolutely stunning. The villa had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. It felt more like a home than accommodation (the view of the ancient tombs of an evening from the balcony were incredible). Just a 2 minute walk to the start of the town and a 10 minute stroll to the town centre, where all of the bars and restaurants were amazing. The owner Rob made everything so easy from start to finish. First time visiting Dalyan and will certainly be visiting again. And this villa will be top of the list for our stay. Faultless.

Fabulous villa

Our stay at villa 64 was exceptional from communication with the super helpful and friendly hosts to the comfort and style of all the rooms and pool. The villa was clean, organised, modern and comfortable. The pool right outside the door was lovely with a few parasols and loungers. This was a very classy place! Location wise we couldn’t have asked for better. A very short walk into the centre but still managed to remain peaceful. I also highly recommend Dalyan as a holiday spot. A small resort on the river and close to one of the nicest beaches I’ve been to. We spent lovely evenings having dinner by the river watching the boats as well as going on boat trips. When you’re there there are no high rises in sight - anywhere. It really is tranquil. Thank you again to the hosts!

Fabulous!

I have been coming to Dalyan for 25 years and funnily enough have not stayed this side of the town before. The villa was perfect! Stunning inside and out. It was immaculate upon arrival, came with everything you need and more for a self catered holiday. It was only a 5 minute walk into town which was perfect. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, making the checking in and out process as smooth as possible whilst being on hand for any issues we may have had (mainly me being technologically challenged!) 100% would stay here again and recommend to anybody looking for a picturesque Dalyan villa, close to the town centre with a stunning view of the tombs! Thanks again!

Great Villa - Tropical Paradise

The property was in a great location close to town but far enough away to not be noisy. You can also see the ruins from the villa which is amazing. We loved the pool and all the space the villa has. Large kitchen which we used to cook many meals and also used the outside charcoal grill one night too. They have a lovely cat that is frequently at the property who loves getting attention too. A very peaceful vacation home we hope to visit again.

Excellent property in the heart of Dalyan

We stayed in this property for 2 weeks in June 2021. It's perfectly located to all the restaurants, bars and shops in Dalyan (it's in Maras district which is the most upscale residential part of Dalyan). It's just a few hundred meters to all main commercial facilities while very quiet through the day. The house is in an excellent condition. We didn't lack anything (great pool, view of the rock tombs, various sitting and sunbathing areas, kitchenware, internet, tv with special features, etc.). And a great host. Rob was always there to help me when I contacted him through whatsapp. We came back from this holiday with lots of nice memories.
