This post is regarding payment- I accidentally booked a hotel room twice within a few hours at this hotel (for 2 nights) because I was sent an email through Expedia to finalize the booking- so I did and was charged twice. Both Expedia and this hotel refused to refund and cancel my booking even though I immediately contacted the company and explained the error to both parties. I was left to pay for 2 rooms (for 2nights). Greediness!
I will not use Expedia or this hotel again.
And funny- they will not post my review/feedback. Shat a company.
