"The hotel looked new. Our room was very nice - clean and well stocked with towels, etc. The breakfast room was close to our room and had enough seating for all of the guests. The food was delicious and plentiful. We were told that the sheets and towels would be changed every other day and that was fine with us since we were only staying two nights. The price seemed high until I checked prices at other hotels and inns in the area and found that it was actually reasonable if you want to visit...

"Our little cottage (#5) was sufficient for our two day stay. It was a bright and airy room with hints of coastal shabby chic decor. The kitchenette was ideal for our needs, thus allowing to cook/store our meals (one on keto with the other being a vegetarian). The property grounds had a rustic charm and we really appreciated the fire pit, although struggled to start a fire (wood provided was a bit damp but we gave it a good college try, multiple times). "Great place clean handy to everything breakfast was great"

"We stayed 3 nights here and it was so hard to leave! The breakfasts were incredible and delicious. There was always coffee, tea, and treats set out to enjoy. The room was cozy and the Inn was within walking distance of the downtown area! Isabella and Stefan were wonderful to talk to and the BnB experience is 100% worth the price tag! We understand why people opt for this personal touch and incredible food experience. They also went out of their way to make our anniversary trip feel extra special...

"The room was super cute, with an en suite bath and private porch area. Breakfast was delicious and they were able to accommodate GF. Bed was comfortable. Great location!! We were able to walk all around downtown Bar Harbor from the Inn and leave our car parked there."

"The place needs updating. Heat source was not comfortably located. It blows straight towards me on the bed. For the most part, the place serves its purpose. We made it through the 2 nights of our stay. Thank you."

"You really can’t beat the location or the affordability! That said, it’s definitely what comes to mind when I think of a traditional motel. The property could use some updating, a deep clean, and probably a fresh coat of paint. The staff, however, were SUPER sweet and friendly, which definitely made the stay more pleasant. Overall, if you’re looking for something affordable in a great location and aren’t expecting anything fancy, this place gets the job done."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and hot tub were lovely even this late in the year. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. You could catch a bus to the downtown area or walk."

"Beautiful location. Having the ocean across the street was incredible. The Wi-Fi was very weak in our room, which when staying in such a beautiful location would not be a priority for us, except a major storm was hitting the east coast and it made it extremely hard to stay up with weather alerts and information from our airline. It is truly a beautiful location."

"Hotel was in beautiful setting. Beautiful ocean views from our room. 4 mile drive to Bar Harbor Village and 5 minute drive to Acadia park entrance. Our room was a good size, but the bathroom was so small. Absolutely no room to put down toiletries. The bed was very soft and most likely old. Breakfast was minimal. Yogurt, oatmeal, blueberry muffins and coffee. Overall, we had a nice stay. Enjoyed Acadia park and the village."
