"Loved this property. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, nice view, modern aesthetic"

"This is a room in a residential house with a digital lock on the door. I found the lock system confusing to work, and am not convinced it was secure. The bathroom was jack-and-jill style (shared) with another room, which you could only lock from the room (not from inside the bathroom), so there was nothing to prevent someone in the connected room from entering the bathroom while you were in it. The wallpaper on the wall was stapled up (not pasted), and torn and peeling in several places. Towels...

"The adjoining restaurant gave a 15% discount when I showed that I was staying at the Vagabond."

"Disgusting!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE WERE AT LEAST 4 cockroaches that I had to terminate. I even showed the owner she just picked it up and threw it away. I squished another bug as well. We couldn’t sleep. We were nervous about the cockroaches. The blanket was SUPER thin!!! When I tried to explain to the manager that there were more and we couldn’t sleep she said they don’t have any during the day and when the door is opened they come in. She wouldn’t give me any kind of discount. This place...

"Booked this place 2 months in advance and was told upon arrival they didn’t have my booking. The area is very sketchy and exterior very run down. Its not worth the stay, find somewhere else and don’t take the chance!"

"Great customer service"

"Easy check in and great location for my trip."

"Very chic and clean, the balcony is also very beautiful. The staff are very nice and helpful, only the gym is bit too small, and the shower temperature is not very stable."

"The location, the property, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for an extended stay. We felt like it was our home away from home. We got the best sleep after a long day of being a tourist. We will recommend The Beverly Grove Hotel to family and friends. We know we have an amazing stay available to us when we return."

"No parking for checkin and almost no street parking. I parked blocking a driveway and ran a block to see if there was parking anywhere. I was afraid because of the drug addicts and muggers hanging around. When I made it into the entrance which was almost impossible to figure out how to get in when a couple arrived and had a key card. If it wasn't for the darling guy at the desk who went out of his way to assist me. He walked me back to my car and got me into a parking garage 1/2 block away...
