The space
With only a 8 minute drive to historic Mariposa, this large 2500' foot home features 3 Bedroom a large floor plan with a kitchen that is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast area with plenty of seating for the family and a window that overlooks the flowers and front yard.
The spacious Master Bedroom with a king bed also features a Master Bath with a jetted Soaking Tub and sliding door that leads out to the beautiful wood deck.
The guest Bedrooms feature Queen beds and closets to fill your needs.
The large deck features a BBQ, fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating. Step down to a spacious yard area where deer, turkeys, fox and a bobcat have been spotted.

The house has a nicely furnished Living Room and features a large 84" TV for your entertainment. There are sliding doors to the deck from the Living Room and Family Room.
The Family Room also features comfortable furnishings, a sofa with a full sized pull out bed, and a 75" TV.

The beautiful Dining Room table seats 8 people and is just of the Kitchen/Breakfast area.

2. Self check-in is available via smart lock.
3. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved visitors may result in cancellation.
4. Strictly no pets, parties, events, or smoking allowed on the premises.
5. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
6. Please checkout on time; unauthorized late checkouts may incur fees up to one full night charge.
7. Before departure, please remove all trash, wash used dishes, and leave the property tidy.
