Parking is across the street. Pretty far to carry your belongings. The turn to get in or out of that lot is very tight. Room was ok. Not very insulated. People's door closing very loudly. The 3rd bedroom is a curtain divider. The bathroom shower is really small with an accordion door to kitchen. Overall it is priced perfectly for the size, location to knoebels is a 3 minute walk, the stream in backyard is lovely, a nice yard for sitting outside, wood provided for fire pit.
