This cosy apartment is located in the heart of the idyllic fishing village of Vinišće, just 30 metres from the sea – ideal for a relaxed family holiday in a tranquil atmosphere. The spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for up to five people and impresses with its combination of modern comfort and authentic Mediterranean flair.



On 80 m² of living space, you can expect two bright bedrooms, a stylishly furnished living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for your stay – including dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot days.



From the covered balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea – the perfect place for breakfast in the morning sun or a quiet evening with the sound of the waves. A private parking space is available directly at the house.



The next beach with fine gravel is only about 20 metres away and is ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Within a few minutes' walk, you will find everything you need in everyday life: a grocery store, a bakery, cafés, restaurants, a post office and a cash machine.



The apartment is located quietly, but centrally - ideal for enjoying the picturesque bay of Vinišće or undertaking day trips in the surrounding area. Within a radius of 20 kilometres, numerous leisure activities are available such as boat trips, kayak tours, diving, cycling, hiking, or a visit to the nearby nature park.



For families with children, the accommodation is perfectly suitable - a baby bed is available upon request, as well as children's toys and board games. WiFi, satellite TV, bed linen and towels are included.
