Parking, equipped kitchen, beautiful spaces, 6 large bedrooms with shower room, one of which is on the first floor, suitable for people with reduced mobility. Outside you can enjoy the sun, rest in the shade of a tree, cool off in the swimming pool or get together for barbecues. The Gers is renowned for its excellent local products, vineyards and historical sites in the land of d'Artagnan. The owner lives in the neighbouring house and takes care of the exterior maintenance.
