The main house sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, one sleeper sofa, three bathrooms and a two-car garage. It’s also one of the few rentals in Marco Island that comes with a separate guesthouse on the property.

The lanai and heated pool are big enough for a resort, but you get them all to yourself, and the rear southern exposure means you also get a full day’s worth of sun on the pool. The lanai overlooks a vista of sparkling turquoise water bordered by a palm tree-lined shore, a view so impressive you’ll want to take it in from every possible vantage point: while luxuriating in the hot tub, reclining by the side of the pool, standing in front of the gas grill barbequing burgers, or sitting at the family-sized table enjoying a poolside lunch. Just beyond the lanai, past the grass embankment with ferns and a cluster of palms, a roof rises above the water. This is your private dock, which gives you access to Collier Bay and the Marco River.

The stylish interior is every bit as tranquil as the outside. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light. The dining room table, with seating for eight, sits beside an arched wall leading to a kitchen with two separate counters and all the modern appliances you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of snacks to bring out to the lanai. The guest bedrooms give you plenty of closet and draw space and offer windows that open to the warm, fragrant winds blowing off the canal. The master suite comes with an en suite bathroom that features ample closet space, a walk-in shower and a bathtub beside a bed of lush plants.

The house is as comfortable as it is stylish, with air conditioning and heating and plenty of ceiling fans. For your entertainment, it also comes with free wi-fi, cable and televisions in both living rooms. On Marco Island, you’re surrounded by miles of warm sands, turquoise waters and sunsets that leave you breathless, so the house comes with everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
