Wonderful Home

Fabulous time

We had a wonderful week staying at this VRBO. House was in a great location! Pool was awesome!! Home had everything we needed. Only thing I would ask differently is softer pillows. My family was able to make amazing memories! Thank you!!!

Awesome Christmas Vacation

Michael is a wonderful host. His home is as described and pictured in his listing. The home was very clean and well organized. I really appreciated some of the essentials in the home such as dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, cling wrap, aluminum foil, salt and pepper and spices. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. The beds are very comfy. There are plenty of bath towels, pool towels and there are 4 bikes and plenty of beach chairs. The pool was wonderful and kept at a lovely temperature for the entire trip. Michael was quick to communicate with us and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again soon. Thanks Michael.

Everything you need

This property has everything you need from amenities to location with an amazing host. The property is one of the cleanest and most comfortable we’ve ever stayed in, and we stay in vacation rentals at least twice a year. Communication with the host was top-notch, Michael was gracious and accommodating when we asked to add another night due to an unexpected flight cancellation. Highly recommend this property!

A perfect relaxing family vacation

The house was great, clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Michael was quick to respond and helpful anytime we needed something. Our family enjoyed many days in the pool, bike rides around town, and fun evenings in the Lanai. A great week of fun and relaxation.

Sunbird is an easy space to have a good time!

Very clean with everything you need for a great stay. We enjoyed the dining room table and the pool where we had many gatherings with friends and family! Michael is a great!

Great place!

5 star experience. Michael was quick to respond to any questions. The house was clean and comfortable. The bikes were awesome. Pool was great. We rented kayaks and explored the islands great experience. Perfect weather too! I would come back !

Great Stay

We come to Marco Island every year for the week after Christmas and are very familiar with the island. Our stay in this house was a great experience - great pool and outdoor area, nice renovations and furnishings, and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The ride to the beach was perfect for our kids - ages 7, 11, and 15. We enjoyed the proximity to the Publix and local restaurants.

Marco Island house

This house is a wonderful property. It’s close to everything and is very welcoming and cozy. The pool and patio are fabulous. The kitchen has everything you need if you are cooking meals at the house. We would definitely come back!

Perfect for us

This property was perfect for our family of 5, 3 kids ages 8-15. The experience was top notch beginning with the booking as Michael was a fantastic host. He was easy to communicate with, was prompt and accessible, and checked in on us to make sure things were going well without being invasive. Check in was a breeze as Michael gave well detailed instructions and we were pleasantly surprised by fresh cut flowers, a bottle of wine and disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer; these extra touches were certainly unexpected but much appreciated. The house was roomy yet cozy, clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs and sand toys, and even bikes for use! They also supplied enough paper products and cleaning supplies for the entirety of our stay which has been a rarity in my experience with rental homes and we have rented many. We loved the screened patio as there was a ton of space and seating and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temp so the kids were able to enjoy it even when the temps got a little chilly. The location was great, very convenient to many of the things we were interested in-either a short drive or reasonable bike ride depending on how many things we were bringing with us. Two of our vacation highlights were taking an airboat tour in the mangroves of Everglades City, and renting an offshore boat from Rose marina to take to Kice Island to make all of our shelling dreams come true! We also enjoyed both of the public beaches- South Marco and Tigertail, a few restaurants and Annie's ice cream shop, and the Marco Island farmer's market. Thanks for sharing your home with us as it was a large part of making our vacation experience perfect. We would not hesitate to rent this place again should we ever have to good fortune to come back to Marco Island!

Wonderful house!

We truly enjoyed this home and the surrounding area! Very clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. We rode bikes to the beach and used the pool everyday. Michael made this feel like our home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter on Marco 2021

The house and property has everything needed to live for several months. The house was very clean and attention to many details such as the kitchen was neatly organized. The towels in the bathrooms were folded all the exact same way and neatly placed in the closets. There is an additional refrigerator in the garage for over flow items. There are bikes in the garage to ride. We brought our road bikes and enjoyed riding every morning. The pool area is easy to enjoy and we especially enjoyed the nice grill on the lanai for evening meals. The house has tile floors throughout which lends to its cleanliness. The house has been updated and is spacious. I would stay in this property again . Loved our stay.

Home away from home in paradise

This home was bigger and better than we expected. We’ve stayed at houses that show well online but don’t quite live up to expectations. This was certainly not the case.. Entrance/ check in was convenient. Upon arrival we noticed extra touches like hand sanitizer and wipes and a welcoming bottle of wine. The house is very nicely decorated and finishes are up to date. The kitchen was stocked- blender and all the gadgets you need. The grill worked well for cooking the fish we caught. Beds were comfortable and the sheets soft. The TV was very large and the sectional was large enough for 5-6 people. There are indoor and outdoor dining tables. The pool was delightful! It was clear and kept at a good temperature. The pool floats were an unexpected pleasure. We appreciated not having to pack beach towels too. The house is located conveniently near everything you could want. The neighborhood was quiet and we were there over New Years! We enjoyed multiple beach outings so the beach chairs were ideal. The bikes were in good condition. Overall, we highly recommend this home to anyone. Michael was quick to respond and super helpful.

Family Getaway

Our family of 5 enjoyed this last-minute getaway! Michael communicated promptly & made the check-in/out process a breeze. The home was clean & well-stocked with necessities. Amazing and affordable rental on Marco Island!!!!

I’ve been going to Marco for 28 years V and I’ve rented several homes. I must say this property was definitely a favorite! From the cleanliness, to the warm pool, the FULLY stocked kitchen, the nice washer and dryer, bicycles, beach chairs and toys, The heated pool, I could go on and on! But, my favorite part was that Michael (the owner) was available at all times with any questions I had.... that was really refreshing as I haven’t always had that experience! Thank you Michael for sharing your amazing home with us! We will definitely return.

Felt like home

Home was really well stocked, with anything you could have wanted - lots of towels, kitchen gadgets and tupperware, basic tools, throw blankets, the list goes on. Location was a great access point to all things Marco, and the pool was great. Some light switches were hard to find and figure out - a quick list or maybe labels would go a long way.

Amazing stay!

We loved the location and cleanliness of this house! The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was fully stocked with towels and everything we needed for the beach as well. The kids enjoyed the heated pool too! It was perfect for our two families of 4. We would love to stay here again!

Cozy house in paradise

Perfect house with all the amenities nothing needed for a relaxing stay. Centrally located and less than 10 minutes to the beach. The owner Michael was quick to respond and help with anything needed. Would stay here again!!!

Great, clean spot
