This property is primely located to enjoy the sun, dining, shopping and other activities. Popular local spots are an easy walking distance away like the famous Snook Inn, the Olde Marco Pub, Marek's Restaurant, and more. In addition, located on site are multiple amazing restaurants with live entertainment and shopping! Or spend the day away, enjoying Marco's beautiful Crescent Beach, a short distance away.

Guests will enjoy this fully furnished 3 bedroom/3 bathroom penthouse featuring an open floor plan. The master bedroom suite is spacious with a king size bed. One guestroom features two beds - one queen and one double and the other features one king bed. All bedrooms have water views, are stylishly decorated and includes their own bathroom.

The full kitchen, dining room and living area are tastefully decorated featuring updated and comfortable furniture for you to relax after a long day enjoying the sun. High tray ceilings and the open floor plan makes this property feel like a home away from home.

You will be able to take advantage of the wrap around outdoor balconies overlooking the outstanding views of the Marco Island Gulf and the Marco River whether watching the sunrise or the sunset!

Another wonderful stay!!

Fantastic unit and location!

We just stayed here for 6 days with our larger family. The location is great - many restaurants to walk to. The unit itself is very big, nicely appointed and very clean. Communication was very fast with the owner. Highly recommend. We will be staying here again!

Spectacular stay

We were beyond pleased with our stay at this residence. The pictures were very accurate and still didn’t show just how gorgeous it was. The place had everything we could have possibly have needed and more. The location was perfect for us and parking was great. Amazing place to stay

Location is amazing. Host is very very accommodating and great with communication. The condo itself was clean, very nice, beds were comfy. I can’t imagine there’s a better 3 Bed, 3 bath vacation rental on Marco at this price. Would stay there again.

Penthouse Perfection for Family

Parking very easy and convenient. Entering the Penthouse everyone felt comfortable and at home right away. Went to the beach and had everything needed for a fun day. The extra kick was the live music, relaxing atmosphere just a few steps away. Great food and fun time at Snook’s Inn a block away. Definitely would love to make this a yearly trip. Thank you!

This place was close to bars/restaurants. Nice views of the water. Ample parking. The condo was very well kept and stocked with lots of towels, sunscreen, cooler, beach chairs, even coffee. I would highly recommend. My only feedback for improvement is to get some nice lounge or rocking chairs for the beautiful balcony that wraps all the way around.

Wonderful for family!

Beautiful and spacious— 3 BR and 3 baths work well for three adult couples(and a toddler!) Lots of thoughtful little extras that made it much better than staying in a hotel. Pool on the property, which was great. Beach was a short drive away.And several good walkable restaurants right on the property. Alison was super responsive which was great. We would go back!

Fabulous penthouse

We booked a short stay here for our family and enjoyed the space. There are great views of Marco Island from all rooms. The penthouse is beautifully furnished and was very clean.
