Spacious floor plan featuring open kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining, separate breakfast area and spacious living room, 3 bedrooms plus home office and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy Marco Islands endless water views either from your covered patio area overlooking the electric heated pool, from your screened sundeck or the open sundeck just 5 steps away from the boat dock. Go fishing, boating, beachcombing or relax in the sun. The beach is in walking distance. The open sun terrace, seawall and boat dock have just been finished and add great value for outdoor activities and to enjoy Florida’s sun. Take advantage of the heated pool or barbequing with friends and family. The home has a two-car garage with 2 single garage doors. Close to everything Marco Island has to offer such as walk to beach or a short ride to shopping and restaurants. Perfect Marco Island Vacation

Our first visit to Marco Island couldn't have been better. The property was even better than the pictures and had everything we needed from kitchen ware to beach accessories. The location was ideal for quickly getting to anywhere on the island. We spent a lot of time lounging in the chaises on the dock each morning which was a wonderful and peaceful way to start the day and we saw dolphins in the canal most mornings. My family can't wait to return to Marco Island and we would definitely re-book this home for our stay. 5 stars .

Wonderful house!

This was our second time in Marco and this house made it a great vacation! House is in a great location, central to pretty much everything. House is beautiful and fully stocked. Furniture is very comfy. Just can't say enough about this place. Thanks so much!

Everything we hoped for.

Beautiful well-kept spotless property. Every item for a wonderful vacation included. Only thing that at the property was missing was a blender and when we notified the property manager one was shipped to us via Amazon the next day. We are beyond impressed and will definitely be visiting again.

Very Nice Property

Great property. Very well kept and clean. House has everything you need including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. My wife and I stayed for a week and had a great time, rented a boat for a few days. The dock is perfect. Father in law stayed for a few days and my parents were able to stop by and enjoy the pool as well, which was also nice and warm. Maintains a perfect temp all day and even for night swimming. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning in the future.

Very Pleased

The house was very clean. Loved the heated pool and gas fire pit on patio by the dock. We were very impressed with the beach gear and bikes in the garage. Beds were comfortable. We rented a boat from Dolphin Cove and it was so nice to have a place to dock the boat. My kids were in heaven all week. I highly recommend this rental and we can’t wait to come back!

Paradise on the Canal

The best thing about our Marco trip was the awesome house and pool. Super comfy, spotlessly clean and well-equipped! I had one question on arrival and was able to reach them right away at nearly 10 PM on a Friday night. Beautiful sunsets out back. We felt very lucky to have booked this home.
