Beautiful home, great location

Great home for myself and 3 kids. It was incredibly clean and had a lot of great amenities- everything we needed for trips to the beach. It was very comfortable and we also enjoyed a lot of time in the pool.

Family/friends spring break

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Not too far from the beach. Had everything possible you needed to cook. Plenty of space. We spent most of our time outside by the pool! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house was ideally located in Marco Island, close to the beach, close for boat access to the nearby islands for shelling, close to restaurants. It was really great for our family of five. Benton the owner was very accommodating of our family given a prior last minute cancellation. We are so glad we re-booked this house and very fortunate to find it. We definitely made some life long memories over our week there. This house was also the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful property! Perfect location!

We loved staying in this home. The neighborhood is very nice, and we could bike to the beach in a few minutes. Parking by the beach is hard to find, so having a home close to the beach is a must. The backyard pool area is very nice and we loved opening up the sliding doors. I could watch my kids swimming from everywhere in the house! We caught fish off the private boat dock. We had plenty of tv options, sand toys, pool floaties, beach chairs, fishing poles, bikes, and towels. This place will really make your vacation perfect. We suggest kayaking in the mangrove tunnels, the 10,000 island boat tour (to see dolphins), and Koolcat ecotour (in small motorized 2-man boats). CJ's on the bay had fantastic food! Also, Stonewalls is a great place to feed a family! Great milkshakes! We loved Marco Island!

Great stay. Large, comfortable, and nicely furnished home on a canal with quick and easy water access to the Gulf. The outdoor pool/lanai area was spacious and comfortable. Large TVs nice for watching sports. Less than a mile walk to nearest beach access. One gentle suggestion is to add a ladder on the dock. Getting onto a paddle board or kayak at high tide is no problem from the dock but a challenge at low tide.

Nothing but good from our 1 week stay. House in great condition! Pool and spa just outstanding and bikes a huge plus. Great location to beach and bars.

Awesome Family Spring Break Stay

Great house and location. Amazing pool, lanai, and dock area. Walking/biking distance to beach. Very well appointed with bikes, chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Very good communication with the owners. Everything was perfect.

Absolutely perfect!

The property was even better than the pictures and description online. We loved our experience and will be back 100%! The home was very clean and spacious, accommodating our party of 6 beautifully. The pool and hot tub were welcoming and used A LOT! The distance to Winterberry beach was great, especially with access to the bikes. Thank you Benton and Liz for the opportunity to use your home. Lovely!!

Perfect Family Vacation Home in Marco Island!

Excellent property in an amazing location. Very spacious, well-maintained, and furnishings looked brand new. Super clean. Beautiful outdoor area to relax, and the warm pool temperature and hot tub were perfect for our family. Pool toys and beach equipment were provided, and bicycles were included to explore the Island. Short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfection

As described and illustrated by the photos, this is a fantastic house on Marco Island. Walking distance to great restaurants, the beach, and other activities. The house and pool (and spa) are in excellent condition, beautifully decorated, and amazingly clean. Would recommend this property to anyone and everyone.

Great time in Marco

This house was perfect! Spacious, super clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. It was close to the beach and had chairs, umbrellas and cooler which was great. The owner checked in to make sure all was perfect and was in communication as need. Would stay here again. The pool and spa was awesome! Thanks for letting us share such an impressive home!

Awesome!!!

This is a great house. We loved everything, except for the weather for the first two days. So much better then staying at a hotel. We would absolutely go back there!!!!! I would say this to future renters though....Just beware that this house is for sale, so I would be cautious about booking out too far in advance. The new owners might not want to rent any longer.

Marco Vacation

This was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented over the years. It was extremely clean with most amenities already provided at the house. The pool and hot tub were a perfect temperature and the outdoor seating options were amazing. There really is not anything to mention on the negative side so if you are considering renting a home in Marco I would highly recommend this one.

Beautiful home, amazing lanai and dock. Sliding doors open to pool from almost every room.

Owner was very accommodating. Checked in with us before during and after our stay. Beach, dining, and shopping only a short walk or bike ride away. Relaxing, quiet canal front neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others to check it out!!

We had a fabulous time at your beautiful home. Kids so enjoyed fishing off the dick with all the equipment your left as well as riding bicycles every day the pool and spa were amazing and we are really excited to come back again next year
