  • Summary:
    Book your vacation in this stunning 4 bedroom plus den new waterfront, gulf access home completed fall 2022!! This home features impeccable luxury finishes, furnishings and more in an exceptional floor plan. Large Master Suite with double closets and custom shower. Bask in the sun poolside or take a short walk to the beach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and fine dining. You are only a few clicks away from booking your next Luxury Vacation!

    The Space:
    Experience the Magic of Marco Island in your new 4-bedroom 4-bathroom home in the heart of Marco Island. As you want into the grand and open foyer, large glass windows and doors invite you to take in the beautiful views of your heated pool, spa, and canal.

    As you walk in you will have your first bedroom with two twin beds and your very own den. The den has a desk and day bed.

    Your master en suite sits on the east side of the home. Spacious bedroom with a king bed, large SmartTv, walk in closets, and stunning master bedroom. Your bathroom has a soaking tub, oversized walk-in tile shower, and double vanity.

    Making our way back into the living area, your large Smart TV sits over an electric fireplace to make you feel cozy and right at home.

    Pick up local fish filets from Lee's (if you know, you know!) and grill them on your outdoor grill or take advance of your large kitchen that is equipped with everything you need! Large walk-in pantry. Your kitchen is also equipped with your own wine cooler so bring your favorite, red, white, or bubbly!

    The next area of the house brings us to the other two bedrooms and bathroom. Your second guest room has it's own lanai access, private bathroom, walk in shower, king bed, walk in closet and Smart TV. Your fourth bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the last bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. Full size washer and dryer included.

    We also have beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, sand toys, 2 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes, and more!

    We are walking distance to some of Marco's famous restaurants! A new favorite, Doreen's cup of Joe for breakfast and lunch or Sushi by KJ for dinner!

Beautiful Home!

Super clean and tidy, comfortable, luxurious vacation vibe. The home is also in a great location for walking to a few of the popular Marco breakfast/lunch/dinner spots. Would 100% stay here again 🙌

Beautiful Home In Great Location

The property is beautiful, clean, well equipped and in a great location. Our family of six loved staying here! The property manager was extremely responsive to our request for some additional pots and pans that the home didn’t have. We would most definitely stay here again.

More than expected!

This place was amazing for our family get-away! There were 8 adults and 2 children under the age of 5 and we can’t say enough about the host and the accommodations! We know Marco Island and the house was perfect to many local restaurants and activities. Thank you again to Maurice, Joy and Hannah for helping make this a special trip 💜

Excellent stay

Spring break trip with 5 teenagers. House was beautiful. Great location. Clean. We did rent bikes so we could get around easier and that worked extremely well! Would stay at this location again!

Spring Break 2023

Our family had a wonderful time on Marco Island. The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Tiger tail beach is about a 20 minute walk from the house or a short 4 minute drive. The house is also located close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Newer home - great location

Newer home, very nicely decorated. Master bed has a foam topper on it. Pool is great for small children due to shallow area. Centrally located on a quiet side street, with easy access to the whole island. Golf cart friendly.

The house had nearly everything we were looking for - it was new, spacious, immaculate, pool and hot tub, on the canal, close to restaurants, and much more! The Edgewater hosts were super helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. The only downside is there was no sun on the lanai/pool area this time of year. Other than that, it was a perfect spot! I would highly recommend!

The pool/spa area was great with the exception of the sun exposure in Feb. Maybe a new dock build would help this? :) Re: the house amenities, a suggestion would be to add a few glass dishes to the kitchen for microwave use and to replace the couch. This is a high use piece of furniture that is worn down. Otherwise, everything was great! Lastly, Edgewater Rentals (especially Hannah and Taylor) were great to work with and responsive. We appreciate all their responses and follow-up.

The house has many provisions, including spices, coffee, paper products, fishing poles, beach equipment. The location is great ... basically across the street from several good restaurants. The pool js on the north side so at this time of year if you want sun, you have to sit outside of the lanai (and fish)!

They had a first aid kit which had occasion to use as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent (some places only leave enough for 1-2 loads) Did not cook so could not speak to the kitchen but judging by everything else would guess it is on point. Would highly recommend. Have stayed in many homes on Marco and this was the best so far.

Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Would highly recommend this house and Edgewater realty. Thanks for a great Vacation.
