Prepare delicious family meals in this fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and custom cabinetry including all new stainless-steel appliances.

This home is a short 5–8-minute walk to Marco Islands white sugar beaches, mini golf, dining, shopping, and movie theater - truly the perfect relaxation getaway.

The Winterberry home is a spacious two-story waterfront home with a contemporary flair. This home offers 4 bedrooms plus an office and 3.5 baths which includes an outside pool bath.

Know Before You Go:

This property is a self-catering home. Groceries, toiletries and paper products are not provided. Housekeeping will provide starter paper products for newly arriving guests.

Linens and towels are provided for your stay. Propane tanks can be refilled during your stay at any local grocer. The pool heater is set to 85 degrees.

If you plan on bringing a boat with you, advanced notifications are required and must be stated on your reservation request.

Per City of Marco Island SFR Ordinance 22-08; It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. The maximum occupancy for this residence is 8 people.

No pets are permitted at any time.

Family Trip

We were a group of six adults three couples. The house was very nice we enjoyed our seven night stay. A few things I would suggest is to invest in some new beach umbrellas ,wagon and beach chairs. All are getting very worn out. Since we flew from New York it's not things that you can bring with you. Also the bicycles were not in good enough shape to use. It was nice that previous guest left some supplies that we were able to use. We did the same. It was a long walk to the beach for elderly people. I would definitely return.

Great house, great location !

Beautiful home; convenient to the beach, nicely appointed rooms / bedrooms. Pool was warm and very clean. Plenty of parking and nice to be able to use the garage. Only thing the house needs is more drinking glasses/wine glasses and some maintenance on the bikes and fishing rods. A couple of the bikes aren’t in any condition to ride and only one of the fishing poles kind of worked. Other than that, great house and we would come back!

Maintenance Required

The overall property has the appropriate features but it needs to be properly maintained. The biggest issue is the exposed tile edges that are on the stairs that caused half of our groups feet to bleed. There were ants in the primary bathroom in which we were able to remedy by the can of raid that was left in the house. The pavers around the pool are loose and stick up so people can stub their toes. The paint is missing on drywall, on light switch screws (cover plates broken) and the lack of cleaning of the return grilles of the HVAC is another indicator that proper maintenance is not being performed. A screw is incorrectly placed to hold a bedroom door strike in place so the door closes. The couch is broken.Toilet seat cracked. Only about six closet hangers in the entire house. Blender didn't work and the magic bullet barely did.

Great house and location

This was our 2nd time staying at the house with our grandkids. It is close to everything, nice layout, kids really enjoy the pool, rented a boat and tied up to the dock to do some fishing. We all had a great time.

Perfect location

Everything was nice about this property, location, cleaning, and features. Very nice pool with a boat deck and close to the beach. The only comment is that we found a couple of live roaches around the kitchen, so maybe a tigther pest control is needed. We travelled with family and had a great time!

Perfect House for a Week Away!

The home has everything you need away from home. Fully stocked with linens, cookware, various odds and ends in the kitchen and some items for the beach. Short 7 min flat walk to the sand from your door. Pool is great, always warm and the dock is a great place to enjoy the time after dinner. Priscilla was very communicative during the stay and made sure everything was attended to.

Beautiful Home

The house is will laid out for each couple to have privacy. It is located within walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. The sliding glass doors leading to the deck even had an alarm to protect small children.

Excellent home with great amenities. It was close to the public beach entrance, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean, the check in was seamless, along with checking out. Check out even one hour later ( 11 am) would have made it even better! Only negative was the beach chairs and beach cart were broken and not useable.

Great location and property

We loved the location, and with the bikes at the property, we could be at the beach in 5 minutes. Could also bike to Mackle Park in 5-10 mins with our kids. Lastly, the house and pool were great too.

Close to the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house is a 15 minutes walk to the beach access that is located next to the Marriott Crystal Shores and all of the shops and restaurants at the Marco Walk Plaza.

Awesome Christmas Vacation!!
