This was such a relaxing vacation! The unit was comfortable, clean, plenty of towels, kitchen well-stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of beach towels and an assortment of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc) in a storage unit. The views (particularly the sunsets) from the 11th floor are just incredible! The only issue we had was getting the keys. The description in the app on retrieving the keys was not clear and did not match what was there. After a couple of trips back and forth, we finally got the right ones. That was frustrating; however the week was much better after that. Just remember to take your keys with you everywhere!

Beautiful view

The view at this property is amazing. The kitchen was well- stocked for cooking. There were lots of towels, beach chairs, and pool noodles. I appreciated the shampoo and conditioner samples. The unit needs a deepClean and the ventilation system needs cleaning. The unit only came with 1 key which made things hard when our family chose different activities. Keyless entry would be a great improvement. The lobby, hallways and grounds were ok, but not great. The pool area isn’t visually pleasing.

Great Condo on the Beach

11th floor unit, great view, able to listen to ocean all night when cool enough to leave sliders open. Had a bit of trouble getting the TV working, but finally was able to get the Summitt service connected to the TV. There also is a locker across from the elevators that has beach chairs, etc in it that should be advertised in the listing. One of the keys in the unit opens that locker. We stayed 40 nights and it was awesome. Sunset grill is always nice next door. Also, there is no BBQ grill, they refer to "grill" in the listing, but that is the restaurant next door. Overall really satisfied and will be back.

Million dollar views

Very clean and safe place for the family. Neighbors who were with a large group on the property were loud and had little to no manners. Check in and check out process was convenient and quick.

Property was small but lean and had plenty of supplies and extra beach towels. Close to beach a big plus as well as walking distance to eateries. Tv in master bdroom did not work maintaince staff could not figure out.

Marco Island Vacation

This property was amazing with a great location on South Beach. It has a beautiful view of the beach from the oceanfront balcony. The condo was clean and had everything you could want to make for a great stay. The one thing I could say is they need to supply beach chairs and an umbrella. We went to the store and purchased 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use and then just left them there for future guests to use! The condo is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and just a short drive to others! We would recommend staying here as we had a great experience!
