For those unfamiliar with the area, Procchio beach is one of the largest and best equipped on the island. Loved by many for its sandy bottom and emerald-colored water, which becomes a real swimming pool with southerly winds. Nearby there are many other wonderful coves: the intimate beach of Guardiola, Spartaia, Campo all'Aia, la Paolina.

On the first floor, large living room with terrace overlooking the sea, equipped open kitchen, outdoor kitchen equipped with wood-burning oven, barbecue, gas grill, dishwasher, washing machine and table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The icing on the cake is a beautiful equipped terrace overlooking the sea, for wonderful evenings under the stars.

- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; if it is paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm
