The apartment also features a private solarium, where you can unwind on sun loungers and bask in the sunshine, all while taking in the breathtaking surroundings.

Step outside to the charming terrace, where you'll find a lovely outdoor dining area and an electric barbecue — perfect for enjoying meals in the open air.

The apartment includes two cozy bedrooms:

A double bed for a restful night's sleep.

Two single beds, providing additional sleeping space for guests.

There are two bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub and shower for your convenience.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including all the essentials.

Living Room
Relax in the spacious living room, which features a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access, keeping you connected and entertained during your stay.

Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, garden, and private pool. Enjoy complete privacy and the freedom to make this space your own during your stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. We offer early check-in to ensure convenience for our guests. If you need this, please get in touch beforehand.

-Due to drought issues in Andalucía, the city of Marbella may be affected by water cuts and restrictions on its use.
-Please note that there is a charge associated with needing assistance to access the property if the key is left inside or misplaced. If such a situation arises, please contact us for further assistance.

professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are
guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.

The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies
the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
