Welcome to your vacation home in Marbella. This elegant two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, located in Locrimar Phase V, Block 3, on the first floor, offers you a luxurious and comfortable stay. Easily access the community on foot or by car, with a parking space included in the price within the urbanization.



Upon arrival, you can reach the first floor via elevator or stairs. As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright living room, featuring a comfortable sofa area and a large Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The open kitchen, fully equipped with high-end Bosch appliances, allows you to enjoy the convenience of preparing your favorite meals.

The living room leads you to a beautiful glazed terrace, equipped with a dining area and a chill-out space, perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of the communal gardens and pools. The terrace also has an uncovered area with sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun all day long, thanks to its south-facing orientation.

The master bedroom is a haven of comfort, with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace. It also features a modern, fully renovated en-suite bathroom with an elegant shower. The second bedroom is equally comfortable, with a double bed, Smart TV, wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace.
