On the first floor, you\'ll find three en-suite bedrooms with queen beds, Smart TVs, and spacious wardrobes; two open to an interior patio with a table, and the third provides access to the main terrace. Each bathroom features a walk-in shower, towels, and a hairdryer, with one also offering a bathtub. This floor also includes a spacious living-dining room with sofas, smart TV and speaker, desk, and a fully equipped American-style kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, freezer, and recycling bin.
