From Cabopino Beach, located just 5 minutes away by car, to Calahonda Beach or Las Cañas Beach, 7 minutes away, or Las Chapas Beach, approximately 8 minutes away.



If you are a golf lover, you are in luck. Within walking distance you will find Cabopino Golf and Santa Maria Golf Club Marbella. Also, do not miss the Artola Dunes Trail, ideal for walking or cycling.

The kitchen, which connects directly to the living room, being American style, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, and a basic kitchenware to make you feel that you lack absolutely nothing.



The 2 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering comfortable beds, fitted closets and bed linen, as well as high quality towels. Both have double beds, independent air conditioners and excellent natural light, thanks to the double glazed windows, for greater energy efficiency and less noise, through which you can also glimpse the vast Mediterranean Sea.
