5 bedroom awesome home in Marbella

This very spacious semi-detached holiday home with free WiFi in a small complex next to the Cabopino golf course is set over three floors and is just a short walk from several restaurants, bars and some shops.

There is a garage in front of the house and a patio area leading to the front door. From there you enter into a large hallway with WC to the right; to the left is a utility room and a fully fitted kitchen with serving hatch to the dining room.

The living/dining area is located at the rear of the house and boasts a large dining table, a wall-mounted TV with several international channels and an open fireplace. From the living room, you can access a covered, fenced terrace with a large sofa, perfect for enjoying the cooler evenings. A few steps lead to the wooden floor terrace, where you will find four sun loungers and a small barbecue. The lower floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom with king-size bed has its own large bathroom.

From the master bedroom there is access to a terrace, from which a spiral staircase leads to the spacious roof terrace with parasols and sun loungers. Here you can admire the views of the golf course, the sea and Cabopino.

The accommodation has 3 air conditioning units with heating and cooling function.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.
