Located in the secluded Indigo Reef Resort in Marathon, this luxury vacation rental is pure paradise. You will immerse yourself in long leisurely days of boating, lounging by the pool and watching spectacular sunsets from your back porch. Located just 90 miles south of Miami and 45 miles from Key West, the resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with full access to the Atlantic Ocean through Vaca Cut which is right around the corner from Indigo Reef. You'll have your own private boat dock just steps from your back porch. The Florida Keys are known for the best fishing, diving and tropical reefs in the world. (Note: Minimum weekly rental. License: PLR2018-00611)

This spacious three bedroom, two and a half bath Villa will make you feel right at home. Each bedroom has it's own television, with a 60” flat screen TV in the living room. The Villa has direct sunset views looking out to the Gulf of Mexico, which can be enjoyed from the porch or upper balcony. Just steps from your back porch is your own private boat dock. Vessel length shall not be greater than 35ft and shall not extent beyond the dock space nor a draft greater than three feet (3') are permitted in any dock space. You may not have multiple vessels or personal watercraft in a single docks space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you'll need to dine in and you can easily grill your daily catch on one of several charcoal grills located throughout the resort grounds. The villa is fully appointed for everything you will need for your stay. Just pack and relax!

This home is does not allow smoking in the Villa or on the porches. This home will consider accepting dogs (pet fee applies), please inquire.

It was me, my daughter and two adult grandsons. The property was steps from a beautiful pool, close to restaurants, ocean and gulf beaches. House was as advertised, great for us. Keypads we’re easy to use, small gym well equipped for my grandsons weight training. . You cannot go wrong with this house.

This property is in a fantastic location and is extremely clean. The grounds are very well kept and the pool area is very nice. We used the outdoor BBQs and enjoyed fishing from the docks. The unit itself is very well maintained and had everything we needed to cook. The booking process was simple and the property manager was very responsive. We loved our stay!

We have stayed at Indigo Reef several times, in all seasons. This week, just like the rest, did not disappoint. The unit was very clean, well appointed and had a great deck off the primary bedroom to watch the sunset every night. We took full advantage of all the amenities-grills, very well appointed kitchen for cooking, pool stayed cool even during a very hot week. We love being able to easily park our boat, use the gym and met some great people! Overall I wonderful stay in Marathon!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Indigo Reef Marina! Beautiful & charming landscape! The unit we rented from John was clean & stocked with everything we needed! You even get your own boat slip!! I would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to the Keys!!

We had a great time staying at Indigo Reef. When we arrived (11pm) there was someone parked in our spot, but communication with the hosts was really easy, especially that late at night. Location is great. We loved the pool and the fact that we could dock the boat we rented right there. My only complaint would be the pillows. Super hard, and I definitely went to my chiropractor as soon as I got back. So if you have neck issues, I’d bring your own. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend Indigo Reef!!

We had a great time. Beautiful location and great marina setup. The unit was clean and very well stock. We even had gourmet spices for cooking. Very nice surprise. John and team did a great job managing our booking and stay!!! We will rent again.

Dockage was great. Need to fix Ice issue. Also if you power wash your boat, daily , you will need 220 to 110 adapter at your slip. Accommodations were awesome. Cant wait to go back next summer.
