  • Villa Las Brisas (The Breezes) features a gated entrance into a spectacular and dramatic architectural design with stunning ocean views. The entrance features a domed marble foyer, curving staircase, marble floors, baluster trimmed balconies all overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

    The outdoor living area is accessible through expansive glass sliders leading to a beautiful pool with spill-over spa surrounded by an elevated cascading waterfall. The Villa has 3,900 Square feet with over 1,000 Square feet of balconies, meticulously manicured gardens and sugar fine white sandy beach.

    Private Seaplane Charter services available for arrivals and departures, weather permitting. Contact host for bookings.

    There are exterior security cameras on the property. Please be assured that your privacy is protected. No security cameras are located anywhere inside of the home.

    Split floor plan consists of double master suites separated with endless ocean views from all rooms.

    Big laundry will easily accommodate all your needs.

    Handicap accessible.

    The Villa is situated on 3/4 of an Acre and has been featured on the front page of "Estates & Homes" of the Florida Keys.

    Dockage off the beach will accommodate boats that require 5 feet of controlling depth.

    We have a daily professional beach clean up service in the property but as you may understand we can't control mother nature. Depending on tides and winds sometimes seaweed may accumulate in the beach throughout the day, but again, the beach will be raked the following day.

We had a wonderful time! Our host was awesome and very easy to communicate with. The house was fully equipped with everything you needed. You are steps from the beach and ocean. Overall we had a great time!

Beautiful!

We had an amazing stay! The property was absolutely beautiful and Jesús was wonderful. He made check in and out super easy and was always available when we had any questions. The property had everything we needed. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Great spring break trip

Rented for spring break with a few other couples. The views from the house were great. We enjoyed the pool grill and beach. Lots of good walking paths to go out and get a walk in. We had the most beautiful sunrise each morning.

Amazing experience- perfect house.

We had the best spring break. The house had everything we needed and then some. Jesus was so helpful with showing us the house and always available to answer any questions we had. Don’t miss out on the week of your dreams staying at this perfect house right on the water with a heated pool and hot tub.

Great rental house

This house was very nice and clean. I’ve rented several other high dollar houses in and around Marathon and this property is the nicest one so far. Zero issues and the property manager was very professional and responsive.

Absolutely perfect. It met all of my families needs. The host, Jesus Parra, was extremely accommodating. He was the prefect host. I look forward to returning, hopefully next year.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean upon our arrival and Jesus made the check-in process easy. The communication with him was great. The home was very nice and had plenty of space for our family with multiple places to sit and enjoy. Perfect location on the beach! Very helpful to have the beach cleaned each day too! Would love to visit again!

Keys Family Getaway

Our family stayed at this absolutely stunning Marathon beach front home. This home is over the top in some many ways. The location, the beach, the pool, the views and to top it off the best property manager we have ever worked with in years staying at various rentals. This home is very well stocked with anything you could need on vacation and with so much to do at the house you could enjoy weeks and never even have to leave the house. The long dock is perfect for watching dolphins play, fish off of, or just enjoy the warm breeze. They take great pride in maintaining a clean beach and makes for wonderful memories for the kids to play in the sugar sand beach. Ocean water, not your thing? soak in the pool and watch the waves roll onto the beach. I could go on and on about this property but it truly was magical.

Fantastic property and unforgettable vacation!

Villas las Brisas in Marathon. FL was truly a paradise. It was all that the VRBO advertisement claims and more! I was there for X-mas and New Years (2022-2023) with my family and we had one of the best vacations ever! We always spend xmas and new years together and have gone to many different locations in the US (Hawaii, Colorado, California) , but this was one of the experiences we've had! We are from Brazil so we typically like warm weather, beach and outdoor activities, all of which were possible with the utmost exclusivity, privacy and flexibility at Villa Las Brisas! The house itself was beautiful and very well kept (inside and outside). All four rooms had ample space and all (but one) were equipped with great smart TVs. Rooms also had "blackout" curtains and comfortable beds for a good night of sleep. The kitchen area featured a huge island with electrical stove top which made cooking an inclusive and social event. The Family Room had a very comfortable, large couch (with reclining capability). The house had an integrated and easy-to-use Sonos sound system which was also nice. The living room, in between the dinner table and family room, could do with some more seating area for hangouts but all in all it was great. The transparent sliding doors of the house let a lot of sunlight in, which kept the indoor space lively while the AC unit controlled the cool inner temperature very well. The outdoor space and amenities were the star of the show in my opinion. There is a large artificial turf/grass area just outside the house which leads on to the private beach. Before the turf, the house features a paved area that extends around the house and has outdoor seating for sunsets, a nice gas-based outdoor grill and heated pool and jacuzzi. We had an amazing time as we could seamlessly go in and out of the house at will, play/exercise on the turf, dip in the ocean water, splash in the pool, and cook BBQs. The design of indoor and outdoor space is truly great and will be even better with the addition of the outdoor dining space! Also, the beach sand would be cleaned from seaweed every morning with a sand rake tractor which was unbelievable. As for management, we dealt with Jesus Parra and he was the best!!! He was very attentive to all of our needs and was always available to help. He really made sure we had the most pleasant time and we appreciate it. I highly recommend Villa las Brisas if you are going to the Florida Keys!!!

Waking up in paradise.

This property exceded all of my expectations. The views, the luxury, the overall island / paradise vibes. This property allows you and your family to really enjoy a true vacation. From gorgeous views to your own private beach, that comes with a huge dock, that makes a great place to disconnect. My family and I cannot wait to come back.

Absolutely a beautiful home and property

What we loved the most was the private sand bottom beach and everyday that we were there someone in a tractor would rake the seaweed off the beach. Amazing experience!
