This newly decorated three bedroom, three bath waterfront home has a view of the water from every room. Each spacious bedroom is a private suite with it's own bathroom. ALL bedrooms have king size beds with top of the line mattresses for your comfort. Along with 43 inch smart TV. Plenty of covered outdoor seating. New Tiki hut with big screen TV adjacent to custom designed, private pool & jetted spa. 100 ft of protected, clean deep water canal dockage has quick open water access & fishing from dock. The large protected lagoon is perfect for safe kayaking & paddle boarding. Then take a short trip out of the lagoon to a popular site for the snorkel boats. 4 Kayaks included. (650.00 Saving )

Hosts were fantastic. Jon and Lori really cared if we were having a great time. Lori giving us a tour of the property when we arrived was great—so no surprises. The property was above and beyond our expectations. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was equipped with top of the line appliances and cookware. The home was impeccably clean and truly showed how much the hosts care about their rental home. The weather didn’t cooperate this year but the house more than made up for it. We will definitely be back!!!

Jon and Lori's home has all the amenities you could possibly need. They are gracious hosts and the response time for any questions is very quick. Even though it was a bit chilly during our stay, we still enjoyed the sunshine in the beautiful back yard as wellthe hot tub. Great local restaurants too! Highly recommend their home.

What a beautiful home with wonderful hosts. The house has everything you could possibly need with a fully equipped kitchen. Ate most meals under Tiki hut. Did some dock fishing and caught a Hog fish. I can’t say enough about Jon and Lori. My husband wasn’t feeling good Christmas Day and Lori brought over broth to help him. Just amazing!We loved it so much we’re thinking of renting for a month instead of just week next time.

One of the best places i have ever booked. We had a boat with us and the location was perfect! The house is fantastic, lots of space and tons of household items included. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great quality. The pool/hot tub and outside spaces were all perfect as well. Also, the beds were super comfy...I could go on and on. Will definitely book again!

Incredible week

The house was amazing. We went with a total of 3 couples. We each had our own bedroom with King size bed and our own bathroom. That is very rare to find that. The beds were super comfortable. The pool area was beautiful. Upstairs was a screened in porch with table and a sitting area. We ate dinner there. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot or frying pan you could possibly need. All newer appliances. We had an outdoor fridge. Ice maker anything we needed was there. We even had a manatee show up one day! The owners Jon and Lori were great to work with. This property is truly one of the best in Marathon. I cant wait to book it again for my next trip to the keys.

Perfect vacation spot

The pool—the tiki hut—and the access to water was exactly what we wanted. The icemaker was icing on the cake! All beds are kings—and each has its own bathroom. Perfect! We are coming back for sure!

Peace and quit

The owners met us for check in and couldn’t have been nicer people. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The home is located at the end of a quiet court and we had sunset views over the Gulf multiple nights. We rented a boat and this location provides quick access to the open water. Great spot.

Much needed winter getaway

The property was fantastic and so well taken care of. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and where we spent a good majority of our time. They had everything we needed from plentiful seating to floats/towels for the pool. We had a great time watching the Super Bowl in the Tiki. Bottom level with 3rd bedroom/bathroom and room with fridge and ice machine was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. We rented a boat from Island Rentals. Boat was great and they delivered it to us at the house. We loved being on the water! Highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful vacation home

We all absolutely loved this home. It was very well outfitted and nothing was lacking. Furnishings were comfortable. Beds were good. The outdoor space was spectacular.
