Oceanfront Apartment on Private Sandy Beach | Kayaks & Sandbar!

  • Tenemos dos apartamentos de gran tamaño en el segundo piso directamente en una playa privada de arena. Ambos apartamentos han sido renovados por completo en diciembre de 2017, con cocinas nuevas, baños nuevos, pisos, etc. Cada unidad tiene capacidad para un máximo de 4 personas. Alquile con el número de alquiler 9131033 (reserva y tarifas separadas) para dormir hasta 8 personas. Camina desde tu puerta de entrada hacia un gran banco de arena en el Océano Atlántico. Mira el amanecer y el atardecer desde este triplex privado con una ubicación única. Amarre su bote directamente detrás de la propiedad en el banco de arena o en el muelle y el lanzamiento del bote disponible al otro lado de la calle en el lado de la Bahía. Increíble vida marina en la playa, rayas, cangrejos de pez globo, tiburones. Pescado desde la orilla. Cuando la marea está baja, puedes caminar cientos de pies hacia el océano en el banco de arena. También tenemos dos kayaks para que uses

    Esta unidad tiene capacidad para 4 personas con 1 cama King y un sofá cama queen. Alquile con unidad de imagen de espejo al lado para acomodar a 8.

    Estamos en un hábitat natural muy singular. Hay momentos, dependiendo de las mareas, cuando las algas gruesas, las rocas y otros artículos se lavan en nuestra costa. Recomendamos siempre usar zapatos de agua.

Like having a piece of your own Tropical Island for a week. Sip your favorite drink, feel the breeze.Very nice, Kayak and enjoy the shade ftom the palm trees. Great location between Key Largo and Key West.The Keys is a must. And staying here is perfect for us.

Beautiful place to stay very clean listing is 100% accurate lots of beaches nearby . Owner of the property is very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful time absolutely beautiful!

The house was awesome! Outside was beautiful on a private beach facing the ocean, it has a great location on Grassy Key, and the inside was well appointed. Honestly didn’t need to discuss much with the host because everything was clear and taken care of.

Convenient Mid-Key Location

Nice relaxing place to stay. Great location for exploring the Keys even Key West. Well appointed kitchen and grill. If we return to the area, we’d try to book this property again.

Beach house

Great location to explore up and down the Keys, one hour from Key West and one hour from Key Largo. Very spacious for 2 people. Access to the kayaks is a wonderful amenity.

Great Vacation!

This property was perfect for us! The location offered us the ability to explore other areas of the Keys with ease. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful and offered plenty of both sun, shade and room for all guests to have space. Perfect!

Wonderful to wake up and sit right on the waterfront for coffee. Grab a kayak and paddle about. MarketNext store makes great coffee and breakfast. Breezes spectacular.

A perfect home base to explore the keys!

This place is a perfect home base to explore the keys! Half way between key largo and key west. The apartment was clean and comfortable and rite on the beach with grassy flats resort just two doors down. We were lucky enough to be there for their full moon party. I would recommend this rental and absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Place!

Absolutely beautiful views and a perfect location! The apartment was a great size for the 2 of us. All our favorite places are nearby. Loved being able to sit down on the beach and up on the deck. Plenty of shade from the palm trees. Water is typical keys. We loved it and will definitely book again!

Perfect out of town peacefulness

The accommodation is about 8 miles from Marathon itself so sits perfectly located by the ocean for peace and quiet but close enough to some fantastic restaurants and shopping areas.Accommodation is very spacious with all amenities catered for so you just need to turn up and sit on the beach straight away.Firepit is perfect for an evening of stargazing as it's so dark sat there.Andy was a great host and always answered any issues we had.I'd highly recommend this accommodation if you want chilled out peace and quiet right at the heart of the keys.Make sure to visit Marathon Steak & Lobster restaurant along with Castaway, 2 absolutely superb eateries about 15 mins away by car

Long overdue honeymoon

My husband and I spent a week. A much needed and overdue honeymoon. The water was beautiful, the area was peaceful. We had lots of privacy. Everything was easy to get to and easy to find. All the people we met during our stay were very friendly and recommended wonderful places to see and excellent places to eat. We cannot wait to come back.

Keys Vacation

This property is wonderful!! You open your door to see the ocean each day. Nothing is more peaceful! Andy was very accommodating and communicative answering any and all questions quickly. The kayaks were a nice touch and the fire pit was a nice way to end the evening. Would definitely stay again!

Nice comfortable rental, as described not a swimming beach but great views over the Atlantic. Great mid Keys location. Owner responded to the few problems that we had. Nice birding right across the highway in some backwater ponds!

Don't count on being able to swim

It was certainly pleasant. I was disappointed that the beach was not conducive to swimming, given the rocks and debris.
