Tropical Ocean views directly from your private screened balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or have a happy hour cocktail on the balcony.

Steps to a 200-foot private beach and heated pool right on the Atlantic! Adjacent to mile long and very secluded Coco Plum Beach. Great for walks along the ocean.

This very quiet, well maintained condo complex is the perfect place to chill! Located on a peaceful strip of Coco Plum Beach in Marathon, Florida Keys, Mile Marker 54.
From this location, it is convenient to Key West and all the Key's activities, water-sports, fishing, restaurants, and sightseeing. Just bring yourselves - everything else is here!

There are 4 marinas within 1/2 a mile of the condo. Marina list available upon request.

We prefer to rent Saturday-to-Saturday, 7 night minimum.

Great Views & Thoughtful Management!We had an incredible stay at this property and enjoyed every second of it. The beach views are absolutely spectacular—waking up to the scenery was the highlight of our trip.It’s clear that the property manager takes great pride in the property and goes above and beyond for their guests. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into making the place nice. A few things we loved: * The "Extras" They were great at providing those little things you that stand out like sunscreen lotion, beach chairs, an umbrella, and pool noodles. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a stay special. * Accuracy: Everything was exactly as expected and very clean. No surprises here! * Great Value: Finding a spot this well-maintained and affordable right on the water is rare.The Verdict:If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway where the host actually cares about your experience, this is the place. We felt right at home and would definitely book again!

Ok condo but...

The inside of the condo was comfortable and fine as described. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed all of the ceiling fans and screened deck. The manager /contact for the condo unit was great but we never saw the condo manager.The condo facility didn't have trash thrown around but it is worn. The pool area had no shade or umbrellas (fortunately the there was an umbrella in the condo unit we could use), needed the sand swept off of the concrete around the pool, and needed to be cleaned. The laundry room needs some attention/cleaning. Overall, the condo unit was nice and comfortable.

Quiet area

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were 2 couples and had plenty of room. Beach area was quiet and peaceful. Lots of extras like beach chairs and towels were not expected. Drove to bahia honda and sombrero beach. Drove to key west which was way too busy. Tons of really great restaurants.

Getaway

Our first time down on the Keys. Marathon location was perfect! Easy to access many things. The condo is right off of Rt 1, but tucked away, so very quiet & private. We had a nice view of the Ocean & pool from our screened in deck area. Breakfast every morning out there. Do not let the seaweed on the beach scare you, it is cleaned up almost every day. The beach was perfect for sunbathing, walking, cooling off. You are also close to several other public beaches. We went to Sombrero Beach one morning. The condo facility was very quiet the week we were there. We walked every morning & evening. Spent lots of time just sitting on the beach. If you really want to see the sunset you can go to Colony Park, not far & worth one night's visit. Lots of pub like restaurants nearby. Sparkys very popular, and fun. We really liked Castaways for a good meal on the Canal. For a nicer decent meal we went to Hideaway Cafe, for my birthday. Our host Holli, very helpful with suggestions, when asked. The condo was a great size for 2 or 2 plus another couple. The pool was the perfect temperature & kept clean. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other extras at the condo. If you want to fish lots of people were doing it right from the beach, but plenty of areas nearby to fish. Down the road you can get bait & other things needed. Groceries were also close by. We would highly recommend this property.

We love Coco Plum! Communication with the property manager was smooth, the condo was very clean, fully stocked, comfortable, and has a great view of the pool and ocean. The screened lanai was great for evenings outside without the bugs. We hope to go back next year.

Property was great, plenty spacious for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed! Weather did not cooperate but that’s not anyone’s fault. Great location easy drive to Key West as a day trip. My only comment would be that the bathroom fan did not work but not a huge deal.

Anniversary Trip

This condo was absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need. The master bed is really comfortable. It was up to date and decorated in a nice beachy bungalow vibe. The lenai has a magnificent view of the pool the beach & the ocean and best of all the sunrises.The property is very quiet and peaceful located right on well-kept and gorgeous Coco Plum beach. The pool area is very nice with a large, heated pool. Everything from stores to restaurants is just a short drive away. And don't forget to visit the Turtle Hospital while you are there.The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with. We will without a doubt be returning to this place!

Great Keys Getaway

This property is the perfect place for a Keys getaway. The condo has everything you need, its clean, has a great beach and pool and is central to all the attractions of the Keys. We are definitely going to be coming back!

Great property and location!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic week at this condo. It was exactly as pictured and met all our needs. Lots to explore nearby in Marathon, Islamorada, Key West, etc. It was always nice to enjoy the pool after a day exploring the area. Would definitely recommend.
