Let us host your next vacation in the fabulous, Florida Keys!

Located on Sombrero Beach Road, Paradise Cove is a new and luxurious 4 bedroom and 3-bathroom Villa with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The spacious Villa offers three Master King Suites, one on the first floor and two on the second floor. You will find a fourth Bedroom with full bunkbeds on the second floor as well!

Paradise Cove features a breathtaking view of the canal from the living room balcony and 40 Foot private dock.

· 4 Bedrooms will sleep 10 people comfortably.

· 3 Bathrooms (Shower and Tub combinations)

· 2 Master Bedrooms Suites with King beds and attached bathrooms

· 1 Master Bedroom Suite with a King bed

· 1 Bedroom with 2 Full beds (Bunk beds)

Prepare your meals in our fully equipped, stainless steel gourmet kitchen with plenty of seating for your friends and family.

Our lower level patio area provides a commercial Ice Machine with 280 LBS storage bin for your usage at no charge, deep freezer for your fresh catch and full-sized fridge to stock the important beverages while grilling on our LP gas grill or watching the outdoor TV. There is plenty of seating and entertainment for everyone. We include pool heating during the cooler months and a pool chiller during summer months, what more can a guest ask for? It's ok to feel a little spoiled while you are here at our home, we do!

We welcome you to utilize our beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas and enjoy the warm sand and soothing saltwater of the Famous Sombrero Beach, just minutes from the Villa. For boaters, fishermen and lobster hunters, the Villa is located on the Canal System off of Sisters Creek - all deep water, with a short 15-Minute ride out to the open water of the Atlantic.

The home of North America's only living coral barrier reef, and the third largest coral barrier reef in the world is only a few nautical miles from the Villa! With the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean on one side, and the lobster rich waters of the Gulf of Mexico on the other side it beckons divers and snorkelers. There is nothing that compares to what you’ll experience when you dive or snorkel the Islands of Marathon. Once in a lifetime happens every day in the Florida Keys.

Our home is a duplex which includes a private backyard and patio, heated saltwater pool, dock, carport, bikes, stand-up paddle boards, and kayaks. There are no shared amenities.

This home has all the amenities needed to ensure a fun and restful vacation. We look forward to hosting your next getaway!

This house delivered as promised. We spent a wonderful Christmas week, and there even was a tree for us to enjoy! Although our fishing off the dock was not productive, it was fun, and the people next door caught a huge fish so we had fun watching. Jorge was so responsive in answering any questions or requests. Great experience!!

Great vacation!

Great location. Excellent communication from owner. Near sombrero beach, shopping, grocery stores (teens loved taking the bikes to Publix everyday). The house had everything we needed. Having the ice maker for coolers for boating came in handy too.

Great vacation on Marathon!

We had an amazing time! Property was very clean, well stocked and had enough space for the whole family! All we had to do was unpack our bags and relax! House had great amenities including a cooled pool, dock for fishing, fishing rods, kayaks, paddle boards and everything you need for a day at the beach. Highly recommend and will stay here again! Big thank you to our hosts for being so welcoming and providing great communication throughout our stay.

Nice Place - Great Location

Property was as described. Loved having three king bedrooms and a private pool. The home was extremely close to Publix and Sombrero Beach (a double bonus). Thankful the home was equipped with a high chair and pack n’ play for our 2 year old. We would definitely stay there again!

Our Winter Getaway

We had a great vacation. The weather was overcast but warm so the private, heated pool was a gem. The location of the home was a major plus. It is in a safe area, down the road from the grocery store and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Communication with the property managers was seamless. They were responsive to any inquiries or requests. It's clear they care about their guests. The stay was delightful and relaxing in large part to the very comfortable rental.

YanClan family vaca!

Family had an outstanding time at this property! Location, location, location. All amenities were in top shape. 15 min idle ride or to the ocean. Sombrero Beach, a 2 min drive to the end of the road was a perfect beach that just relax but also for the evening family pictures. We highly recommend this property, and the hosts were equally attentive and responsive.

This property was very nice & clean. Jorge was very nice & helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had. The location was very convenient to the beach, stores, and other places we went to. We didn't catch any fish off the dock, but 2 manatees did pay us a visit. We used their bikes & kayaks, too. The only issue was getting the kayaks out of the water and onto the dock. We would definitely stay there again!

Marathon Spring Break

Excellent location to pull boat for daily opportunities of fishing snorkeling exploring. Many lunch and dinner options with boat docks. Plus an easy car ride over to Key West for the day. We will be back.

We had 3 couples stay the week. The house is set up with 3 king beds and enough privacy for everyone. The location is close to town and the beach. We enjoyed the bikes, pool, and dock for the boat we rented. The patio under the garage is set up nicely as well. The house is set up with everything you need. I would recommend to friends and family.

Perfect vacation spot

My family and I had a great experience staying at this property. The house was clean, efficient and roomy enough for 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time swimming everyday! My son and husband fished from the dock daily and they caught plenty of fish! We saw manatees right from the dock in the canal! The house is close to nearby Sombrero beach which is a public beach with a playground. Also close to grocery shopping and restaurants. The Island Fish Company was our favorite spot to eat; great food, service and atmosphere! Everything is a 5-10 min drive. The owners are super responsive and were a pleasure to deal with!! Any questions I had they answered within minutes! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
