Welcome to Mar Azul!

You'll love this BRAND NEW custom-built home with beautiful open water ocean views and gorgeous sunsets. The 4 bedroom/4.5 bath layout offers 3 Masters with en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The door to the 4th bedroom area can be closed to create a private en suite setting as well. A modern open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, enjoying amazing water views and taking in the local wildlife such as Osprey, Pelicans, Herons, Tarpon, Snook, Stingrays and Manatees.

This stunning property features accommodations for 10, beautiful furnishings, a modern open floor plan, and ample outdoor entertaining spaces located within walking distance to beautiful Sombrero Beach. No Pets. No smoking. Preferable bookings are Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum.

The large patio off the second floor living space is perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining or evening cocktails while the poolside Cabana offer outdoor seating for enjoyment after a dip in the pool or a long wonderful day on the boat.

Enjoy the brand-new pool with a large sun shelf, resort style umbrellas and lounge chairs. There is an option to be able to heat if desired for a fee (see below). There is plenty of pool loungers and seating under the tiki as well as seating around a fire pit.

A Cabana bath is located near-by for your convenience as well as an enclosed outdoor shower for that tropical island experience.

The brand new T-dock will accommodate up to a 25 ft boat. The boat lift is not for use. You can enjoy gorgeous views or even do a little fishing. The ladder allows you to launch a paddle board or kayak, one of each is available for your use.

Inside, there is an extra large island with seating and an induction cook top with retractable exhaust fan. New stainless steel appliances throughout including a beverage cooler for your entertaining convenience. Additional seating is available at the bar top and the dining table seats 6. The two living spaces offer plenty of comfortable room to watch TV or admire the water views and sunsets.

Each bedroom has its own 55" TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the second level. The king bedroom has a large en suite with glass enclosed rain head shower. The second guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds with en suite and 2 sink vanity with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with built-ins, and the ability to close the door to create a private suite with a shower bathroom. The third floor Master suite offers a king bed, private sitting area to enjoy the views or watch a little TV. The private bath has an extra large shower with dual shower heads and rain head, a separate Jacuzzi tub, dual sink vanities as well as a large walk-in closet.

Other amenities include: Wifi, cable, land line phone, central air conditioning, washer & dryer, dishwasher, bait freezer, barbecue grill, there are (2) outdoor camera for security, fully appointed kitchen, all linens and towels are provided, and more!

Optional pool heat is $300 per week. If you are interested in this option please contact the Owner directly.

Gorgous home and beautiful views!

We had the most amazing week. This home is gorgous and has the most spectacular views. The house is very well stocked with kitchen needs. There is so much space for everyone to relax and have their own areas. The beds are very comfortable and the black out shades are perfect to keep them nice and cool.

Paradise in Marathon

This stunning, immaculate house is located in a quiet gated community offering expansive views and amenities. The house design and furnishings are exquisite. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for entertaining, and the beautiful en suite bedrooms all have comfortable beds. The game room rivals an arcade and is a draw for kids and adults. The fabulous pool, summer kitchen, and many options for outdoor seating are a plus. Both the sunrise and sunset are viewable from the house. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and watching the birds and manatees. We went scuba diving, visited The Turtle Hospital and Dolphin Research Center, and made a day trip to Key West. It’s also the perfect property to bring a boat. The owners have thought of everything, and the property manager, Katie, is wonderful! This vacation rental is by far the best property in Marathon.

Fantastic house and location.

Best house we’ve stayed in at Marathon. Great location, phenomenal views, easy access to the water. Property manager and owners were great and provided for everything we needed. Will definitely look to book here again.

Beautiful…..

Absolutely beautiful property. Stayed with my wife, our two boys…18 & 25 and my cousin and her husband. Great location without having to travel on 1. One very minor thing on check in and Latie handled it fantastically considering it was a Holiday weekend. Kuddos to her, fantastic host.

Mar Azul in Marathon, Florida

My family came to Marathon during the first two weeks of December to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The house was fabulous in every way for our time there. I cannot overstate how great the house is from the view, privacy, entertaining, and just enjoying the Keys. The decor and condition of the property was impeccable. Beautiful house, great location!

We had two families with a total of10 people and the house had plenty of room and was well stocked. The pool is wonderful and has a bench seat to sit in the water and enjoy the view. Katie, the property manager is very responsive and helpful. We had a great vacation!

Great family vacation spot.

Gathering space was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable very clean and spacious. Manatees visited about every day. Very nice dock!. A great place for family group of 9! Amenities close by. Convenient to great snorkeling!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful. We were able to sit down on the patio and watch the manatees every morning. We all enjoyed the pool each day. The property manager was great, any time we had questions she was available and was very helpful. Thank you for the great stay!

Beautiful Home with amazing views

we have stayed at 5 different homes in the keys and this by far was the greatest! We spent two weeks at this amazing property, very clean, close to great restaurants, and just a few minutes away from the beach! The property manager was fantastic and extremely responsive. The only small issue was that the dishwasher wasn't functioning properly, which wasn't a big deal because we ate out a lot! don't miss out on this Gem in marathon

Paradise!

We stayed at this beautiful house over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a perfect home with everything we needed and more! We prepared a traditional Thanksgiving meal (for 4 - Covid times) and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the extras that you would have at home. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We loved the huge windows that provided the breathtaking views and often slept with the master bedrooms open for the fresh air and sounds of the ocean. Katie, the property manager, was great! The few minor (very minor) issues were dealt with so quickly and made the stay that much better. We fished off the dock and were surprised with the variety of fish we were able to catch. My boys enjoyed jumping off the dock into the ocean too. We took long walks and used the bikes which were a nice touch. I hope to return soon!!
