What stood out to us was almost everything. The host was always prompt to respond to our questions, the home fit all of our needs from the well suited kitchen, the screened in porch, and plenty of room to find quiet.The home was very clean along with the outdoor space and everything worked.Grandchildren were thrilled to swim, sit in the hot tub, catch fish, see iguana’s, and ride with Paps on the gulf cart.Great fishing! Quiet location.Looking forward to coming back next year.Chuck and Katherine

Perfect Duck Key Getaway!

We had a great month here with family and friends! The house is fully stocked with everything you need, including paddle boards, kayaks, pickle ball and tennis rackets, and even a golf cart. The house is very well maintained and clean and most of the house felt new! The only improvement I could say is that the bathrooms could use some minor upgrades in the future, but other than that, I would stay here anytime! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Amazing Vacation Get Away on Duck Key

We had such a great time at this house on Duck Key it had absolutely everything you could want for a vacation rental. John and his wife are wonderful hosts that went above and beyond making every detail of our stay exactly what we hoped for. There were 5 of us total, myself, my wife, our 12 year old son, and my wife's parents. The house could have easily fit many more people, we had a huge living space to share. The main floor of the house features a fully functional kitchen, master bedroom suite, large living room, outdoor screened in porch area, and a loft with big screen TV and seating area. We Cooked nice dinners, watched movies, sat on the porch and just had an amazing time. On the lower ground level there are 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. The rooms were super comfortable and a good size. Every entry door has a keypad to lock the door for easy exit and entry. The pool is a pretty good size long rectangle and has a waterfall flowing from the hottub area above. There is a tiki hut near the pool with built in grill, mini fridges, and a drink blender. The concrete dock has kayaks, paddle boards, and amazing fishing. We caught a wide variety of fish using shrimp and used the filet station, everything worked perfectly we had a blast. Overall this house was exactly as described and even better than we hoped for. We have already booked again before we left. Thank you John and family for your great hospitality!
