The indoor/outdoor living space includes a screened-in, heated concrete pool surrounded by porcelain tile, a lounge area, and an outdoor kitchen with an ice machine, propane grill, and bar seating for six. The tropical landscaping features seven types of fruit trees, a walkable garden with stepping stones, an orchid haven, and beautiful flowering plants.
