Breeze On Inn in Marathon

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath mobile home is located on Grassy Key, in the Florida Keys, on the Gulf side. It sits on a canal, offering easy access to open water through Tom's Harbor for the Atlantic side, making it an ideal location for fishing enthusiasts. The property is just one canal away from the open Gulf. The cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares a jack and jill bathroom to the hallway. There's a comfortable lanai off the kitchen with two queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, and a TV. The living room features two couches and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and a gas stove. In addition to the living areas, both bedrooms have TVs. The property comes with some great amenities for fishing and relaxation. It offers a total of 60 feet of dockage, complete with a step-down dock and a fish cleaning station. For modern conveniences, there is Wi-Fi and cable TV available. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill, and for laundry needs, a private washer/dryer is provided. All linens are also included in the rental. The location is just off the main highway, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere, while still being conveniently located near all the necessary amenities.***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.Four kayaks are availabe to rent with paddles. $100 each per week, must be over 18, and sign hold harmless form. Lost or broken paddle replacement charge is $125 each. Max Boat length is 45 ft. No RVS or motor homes allowed on property. Parking room for 2 vehicles and 1 trailer. Launch your boat from nearby Grassy Key Marina (Gulf side). Confirm fee with marina. The road on the water side of Blue Isle Blvd (end of street) is Privately owned by all of the owners on that street. DO not go onto this road as it is considered trespassing.Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. Breeze On Inn

Overall, a great stay and location, access easy to ocean, highly recommend you bring a fan for the back porch much more comfortable to enjoy. Sliding glass door still needs to be repaired.... Would definitely stay again......

Love the keys

Great times , house was stocked , we enjoyed our time here . The house is not new but suited our wants / needs just fine . Our boat is 34’ overall length….. plenty of room . Marina 7-7 close , about 3 miles to ocean access via the long bridge on way to this property. Quite community , a definite do over . Thanks

Marathon cottage

Had all the amenities but could use some replacements. Closet doors do not slide and sunporch blinds are tattered. Loved the location and sitting on the dock watching the fish swim by.

Needs improvement

Property needs decluttered. Get an electrician to take care of electrical wiring in house. Dangerous exit for back door. Lovely sun room but only one blind works, rest are broken and property person was aware of this. Bed in the guest bedroom broken. Plus consisted of a box spring with a mattress topper on it. Small bugs on counter. An exterminator came in but they were still present. If food was in closet or counter these bugs would get into it. Broken & dirty dishes

Great little piece of paradise

This property worked out great for our needs. Plenty of room to park a boat trailer and two cars. The channel was easy to find/navigate and deep! Around 10-14ft. The canal was wide enough to turn a 25 ft boat around. The dock was equipped with rub rails, filet table, and electric. All in all a great location for fishing, lobstering, and boating. We will definitely be back soon!

Perfect little paradise

This is such a cute home in the absolutely perfect location for us anglers. The boat rides are all very short to the tarpon bridge, banana bay for mangroves, and to the blue water. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of complimentary needs that were provided including toiletries, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, etc.., plus there were tons of towels to use. The home is clean, functional, and quaint with plenty of windows. It has cute decor and a plethora of lamps, including one on the beautiful back porch. We easily fit our fam of five even there are two bedrooms. Highly recommend! One warning, as with all rental sites and every other home on here, the fees make the final price much higher than the original price.

Needs to updated more. Refrigerator door handle replaced. Trouble with WiFi. Directions on TV. Couldn’t watch bedroom TV. No oars for kayak.
