The villa is wonderfully located, built on a hill boasting breathtaking mountain views of Southern Sardinia, with a large newly built infinity, salt water pool with shallow area and hydromassage. Comfy sun beds, for sunbathing, and a sitting area surround the beautiful swimming pool.

Newly built in 2020 the property has been tastefully furnished by the owners with Italian and English furnitures, among many other fascinating decors from around the world. It has been beautifully designed with much thought, consideration and attention to detail.

The villa has 2 double panoramic bedrooms, one of which can become a twin room, if desired, both with en-suite bathrooms, which each lead to an external shower. A spacious open plan living and dining area leads to a covered terrace where there is another comfortable al fresco sitting and dining area overlooking the pool. The full equipped kitchen has fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. There is also a separate washing area, in an outside space, with washing machine. In each room there is air conditioning, apart for the single room, and wifi.
