With spectacular views of the ocean, Green Island and Ulladulla, relax and unwind as you look out on the surfers and listen to the waves on the shoreline.

This 5 bedroom two storey home has a spacious renovated kitchen, sunken lounge room with great views and a large outdoor entertaining area plus it has a teenage retreat down stairs.

Bed linen and bath towels provided.

Manyana Beach is a two minute walk away and five minute walk to south Bendalong as well.

The area is famous for it's great surf. The back beaches of Bendalong, Lake Conjola and Berringer are near by offer more options.

Other features of the property include:

- Sunny balcony to enjoy those afternoon drinks with family & friends.

- Large Plasma Tv with Dvd player and Austar.

- Two bathrooms with a bath and a separate toilet.

- Breakfast bar that seats 3 and large dining table. (seats 8 easily)

Manyana Getaway

We've stayed in this property 12 months earlier and the location and set up of the home is just perfect for family get togethers. Large expansive areas to share upstairs over-looking the Tasman and Green Island, and everyone still has their private space in the large bedrooms downstairs. It's a beautiful place for a quick getaway and is high on our family's list to revisit when opportunities arise.

Unfortunately there was water damage to two bedrooms and two separate tiled areas. The real e state did warn us on picking up the key. This was the only concern, other than that thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

Brilliant large house for a group of people

Fantastic place! Much bigger than it looks and is nice and modern. Cooking and entertainment facilities all worked and were in great condition. Not to mention the beautiful location too, right on the beach! Definitely recommend!

Some things were broken such as the toilet seat was broken one of the towel racks was also broken. However check in process was easy and the people from ray white were lovely!

Great view with everything you need

This is a great house. Plenty of space for everyone and amazing views of the ocean and Green Island. The house is getting a little tired now (we've stayed here over the last 5 years), so I'm sure an easy freshen up is on the cards.
