Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath home nestled on a corner lot. Views of the night sky, or sunsets from the front porch bed swing, are second to none. Enjoy afternoon strolls in a quaint little neighborhood, or relax by a campfire at the fire pit. Walking distance from boat church! 3 public lake accesses within walking distance. 3 public boat ramps located within 2 miles. 5 minute drive or boat ride to the best restaurant on the lake, Fayz. 30 minute drive or boat ride to Santee Restaurants like The Lake House, Tommy Mac's, and Mill Creek. 45 minute boat ride to the Pinopolis Locks, and endless possibilities for fishing! Short 15 minute drive to town.

Quick Trip

We stayed two nights in order to visit friends and family in the area. The listing was super accurate and we were happy to find such a cute rental that met our needs for our short stay. The owners obviously put a lot of thought and time into renovating and decorating the home.As a note for future guests that have a sensitivity to fragrances or pet allergies, this home may not be a great fit. The home had several wallflower plug-ins and a variety of scented cleaning products, even down to the trash bags. There was also a pet's food bowl with food container in the corner of the bunk room/office.Please know that this note is in no way a poor reflection on the owners or the accuracy of the listing! I'm not aware of a way to filter rentals on VRBO based on health needs so I wanted to include a brief mention in case it is helpful to another guest with allergies or fragrance sensitivity in the future. VRBO - please add this feature!

Cozy cottage gem

Absolutely beautiful cottage by the water! Friendly residents, gorgeous scenery, and delicious eateries! Boating, fishing, golfing and more! Brooke was a most gracious and friendly host. We will definitely be returning!
