"Our family of 3 had a wonderful 2 nights stay here. We book a Japanese room with private onsen and it was fantastic! Futon was really comfortable too with bean pillows that provided good head support. All the staffs were friendly and welcoming, especially with my 21 months old daughter. Breakfast and dinner was one of the best we have had among all the Ryokans we have stayed in Japan so far. The food quality was excellent and of superior quality, you can see the Chef's effort and sincerity when...

"Ryokan’s kaiseki dinner was finely executed and delicious. Ryokan has a “lion “ dance show in evening for guests, a bonus.
Room size was smaller than we expected but adequate. Location was okay as apart from some stores around the square, there was nothing else around the area.

"Lovely getaway for an authentic Japanese Onsen bathing experience. The suite room was gorgeous and came with a private bath which was very worth it for me ! Many delicious local restaurant options nearby too. Staff knew enough English to get us settled. Highly recommend for 1-2 nights as part of your trip. "

"This resort appears to be popular with families with little kids. We got a room with 2 beds and 2 futons so it was larger than the usual futon only rooms. It had a bathroom but no shower, with expectations that you would shower at the onsen. They had free parking which was nice.
The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast of our trip with lots of items to choose from. "

"The hotel located a quiet corner of Toyama bay, not much activities nearby, however the hotel front view was superb with Tateyama-Kurobe snow capped range right infront. Condition of hotel is a bit old, but well maintained. Welcome drink & free coffee plus ice cream kept my families happy while waiting for front staff to guide us to the room"

"Soaking bath was disappointing and was not the same as pictured on website. I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children with meals but our kids had no breakfast or dinner. No bedding was included for them either."

"El Hotel está a 5min caminando de la estación de tren x lo que es muy conveniente.
Está muy bonito, moderno, limpio. Las habitaciones muy bien decoradas y amplias.
En el último piso tiene un bar con una vista espectacular de la ciudad.
Lo recomiendo mucho y seguramente me volvería a hospedar ahí. "
