    1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (each bedroom has its own bathroom with hydro-jet bath or shower. A living room with modern furniture and leather armchairs, a sofa bed for 2 additional people, a Free Wi-Fi, a flat screen Smart TV and a home cinema system, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. A 2000 Watt hairdryer is also at your disposal. The cleaning are included in the price.
    The apartment is located in a 24-hour secure complex and has 5 swimming pools and a tennis court.

Muy fácil y cómodo la recogida de llaves fuera del horario en las oficinas es de agradecer. Se nos olvidaron unos pendientes y fueron muy amables El apartamento muy cómodo. Que tenga parking con el ascensor enfrente para ir al apartamento tb es un plus.

The apartment is absolutely perfect it was clean, comfortable, quiet, tidy and well presented. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Parking in the garage was easy, we have a long car and my husband had no problems in parking!The balcony is of a good size, eating for 6 and loungers to chill. The large swimming pool is just on the other side of the road at the entrance to the urbanisation.You can walk down hill to Duquesa Square for food or drink and the Port is also reachable by foot (20 mins) lots of restaurants and bars, unless you are very fit a taxi is available from the port for 8 ish.We would recommend a stay here

Appartement très agréable correspondant à l'annonce. La voiture est vraiment indispensable car celui-ci est sur les hauteurs. La résidence est calme et très bien entretenue. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour.

Very pleasant stay!

The appartement is in great shape, only a few minutes from the beach, and in a safe neighborhood. The host is very friendly, accommodating, and always quick to respond. We had a great stay and we’ll definitely book it again!

Mooi, ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien

Hele fijne vakantiewoning. Compleet ingericht met twee badkamers. Mooi zwembad tegenover het appartement. Fijne balkons met uitzicht op de zee. We zijn hier twee weken gebleven met onze kinderen van 17 en 21 jaar en het beviel ons perfect.

Nous avons été très heureux d'arriver dans ce bel appartement qui correspond à la description. Lorsque que nous avons eu besoin le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible. La résidence calme, la piscine pas loin et très agréable. Nous sommes ravis et conseillons à ceux qui veulent venir passer des vacances dans le coin.

We had 19 nights here and were not disappointed. The apartment is better than the pictures give it credit for. Well equipped, very clean, helpful staff in the office, owner very quick responses, great neighbours, pool area clean...overall an excellent property.

Parfait, on était comme chez nous

Appartement loué pendant un mois. Idéalement situé par rapport à nos visites Gibraltar, San Roque, Ronda, Estepona (très fleurie),Marbella. Logement très propre disposant de tout le confort pour se sentir comme à la maison.Le garage en sous-sol est très appréciable.On a passé un super séjour avec un propriétaire très disponible. la maison.maison.

Schöner Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Terasse ist sehr schön, dort haben wir uns viel aufgehalten, da sie Schatten soendet. Die Kinder haben die vielen Pools sehr genossen. Einziger Nachteil war, dass das Internet während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert hat. Sonst Top Wohnung.

Appartement très correct seul petit bémol l'emplacement du logement trop en hauteur obligeant l'utilisation de la voiture pour tout déplacement ( plus de deux kilomètres en descente et montée) sinon endroit très sécurisé. Très bonne expérience.

Very nice apartment, it has everything you need. The terrace is large and sunny from early morning. The environment is very nice. The pool is fantastic. Communication with Estate Duquesa went very well. I spent a wonderful vacation with my wife and children. Thank you very much for the wonderful time spent. I recommend it, we will definitely come back there.

Apartamento perfecto, ubicación no muy buena

El alojamiento muy bueno, todo limpio y tenía de todo, muy espacioso, terraza enorme... Lo único que la ubicación no es muy buena. Ya no es que esté lejos de la playa, si no que muchas cuestas y badenes para llegar que no cumplen estándares.

Appartement chaleureux et confortable.

Beaux espaces de vie, belle terrasse et lits confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner, l’endroit est tranquille en avril. Stationnement intérieur pratique. Proprio très communicatif et aidant, même à distance. Il est primordial d’avoir une voiture car la côte est longue pour monter à pied. Appartement très propre à l’arrivée. Merci pour tout.

The property was fine but 2 km. up the hill and a car is a necessity. The tv was all in Spanish so no evening entertainment if you stayed in.

Ruhige, erholsame 4 Wochen im November

Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung, in der alles funktioniert hat. Guter Internetempfang; Streaming ohne Probleme. Gute Bettwäsche, für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weiche Matratzen. Sehr gute, leise Klimaanlage, die wir an einigen Abenden Ende November als Heizung genutzt haben. Sehr angenehm! Empfehlenswert!
