¡Welcome! Stay with all the comforts in my beloved home. This charming one-room beach condo combines a modern rustic style and is totally furnished, I have thought with love in every detail. Located one block from the beach in La Punta de Montañita, a quiet residential area close to cafes, restaurants, yoga studio and most importantly just steps from the beach.
The department has a bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen, living room, AC and TV.
The space
This beach apartment, is the perfect spot to enjoy all the comforts while you're traveling.

The bedroom has air conditioning, a comfortable queen bed, drawer, closet and opaque curtains ensuring a restful rest. The private bathroom has hot water for your comfort.

The living room is an ideal space to relax, with a spacious and comfortable large sofa and a Smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite movies. This area integrates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, plates, glasses and glasses.

There is also a work area with a desk and high-speed WiFi, perfect for those who need to stay connected or work from home.

The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy the fresh air. Equipped with a hammock, it is ideal for relaxing or practicing yoga. We provide yoga mats and blocks for your convenience.

In addition, the apartment includes housekeeping twice a week as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Located just one block from the beach in La Punta de Montañita, a quiet residential area, you will have easy access to the sea and all the local wonders.
