Villa Daversa is a brand new and modern beachfront vacation villa for rent in San Pietro in Bevagna, on the beaches of Specchiarica resort.
The villa accommodates up to 8 people. There are: air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, mosquito nets, TV, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster.
With a contemporary design and refined furnishings, the villa has a large fully fenced garden with relaxation areas, parking and outdoor shower. Pets allowed.

Villa Daversa stands right on the seafront and is brand new with a contemporary design. The villa is completely fenced and has a large, fully equipped garden.
The garden has ashaded relaxation areawith gazebo where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors, a solarium area with sun loungers, outdoor shower to refresh yourself when you return from the beaches, space for parking cars and terrace overlooking the sea.
The vacation house consists of air-conditioned rooms. At the entrance there is the living room with open kitchen, 1 double sofa bed and TV. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room, 1 quadruple bedroom with double bed + bunk bed, second bathroom with shower box.

Villa Daversa is a beautiful villa in a complex of vacation villas with which it shares only the entrance. The newly built "Giglio di mare" complex stands along SP 122 in Specchiarica, on the San Pietro coast between San Pietro in Bevagna and Torre Colimena, along the Taranto Ionian arch.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is located in Giglio di Mare Village Club, shared entrance with other properties.
