Enjoy a wonderful vacation on Lake Como from this lovely villa that offers an enchanting view of the lake and a private garden to unwind.

The single, modern villa with three bedrooms can host up to 6 guests. It is divided into two floors on the inside, while on the outside, there is a lake-view garden with plenty of sitting areas and a lake-view terrace with an al-fresco set up. Its living room has a relaxing atmosphere and is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table and a TV. Guests can also step out in the balcony and enjoy the pleasant weather and admire the landscape. The kitchen is spacious and has modern fittings. It is fully equipped with utensils and appliances such as a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a range cooker, an electric kettle, a toaster and a fridge.

Bedroom 1: The elegant bedroom has large windows for natural light, a double bed and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: The well-kept bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: The nice and well-ventilated room offers direct access to the garden and is furnished with a twin bed and a wardrobe.

Location

The peaceful villa overlooking the gorgeous Lake Como is perfect for a memorable lake vacation. It offers comfort, spell-binding views and a great location. The nearest restaurant is hardly 5 minutes away. There is also a shop and a supermarket within 2 kilometers of the villa. The lake is not very far and guests can take a short drive to the beach (2.5 km).

The Cenghen fall which is only 3.4 kilometers from the villa is a place of great interest and natural beauty. The picturesque village of Mandello del Lario has a number of museums (Moto Guzzi Museum among the most notable), hiking trails (the Wayfarer Track is a treat for nature and history lovers), historical churches and incredible landscape. Other lake towns like Lecco, Varenna and Bellano are at a convenient drive.

The nearest airport is only 78 kilometers from the villa.

Le séjour s'est bien passé. Il faudrait améliorer le système de douche dans la baignoire et y installer un rideau. Les lits sont un peu trop fermes. À part cela, la maison est confortable et très bien située.

Maison propre avec superbe vue sur le lac de Côme. La maison très bien située à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Mandello Del Lario ( boulangerie, pompe à essence,...). Une grande surface (Iperal) est située la sortie de Mandello Del Lario en direction de Lierna. La maison est spacieuse,dispose d'un balcon et d'une terrasse avec pergola. points négatifs: Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine ( nombre de plats et et de casseroles est limité), le sofa du salon ainsi que les lits ne sont pas très confortables. Mandello Del Lario est située à 1/4 heure en voiture de Varrena (parking payant à l'entrée de la ville), de Varrena, on peut prendre le bateau pour traverser le lac et pour différentes excursions sur le lac. Au-dessus de Mandello Del Lario, le village de Rongio avec point de depart pour différentes balades en montagne.

Gepflegtes Haus in schöner Lage mit großem, eingezäunten Garten, daher sehr geeignet für Ferien mit Vierbeinern. Zwei Terrassen mit Blick zum See. Ausstattung im Hinblick auf einige Küchenutensilien etwas sparsam und Reparaturbedürftig. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Maison très bien située avec une très belle vue sur le lac de Côme. Très propre. Endroit idéal pour faire le tour du lac ou la traversée. Accueil très sympathique de Fatima. Dommage de ne pas faire connaissance avec les propriétaires. À recommander. Fabrice

House with beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. It is comfortable, with two bathrooms. Bedrooms, living room with open kitchen are big and furnished tastefully. Bedroom with two single beds lacks any bedside cabinets. Kitchen is almost fully equipped - it has oven, dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, microwave and variety of kitchen utensils. Almost, because surprisingly missing were things you expect to find in Italian kitchen - wine and grappa glasses, big moka pot and cheese grater. A big inconvenience was the fact that person doing check-in and checkout spoke only Italian. It was quite an achievement to effectively communicate with her 😀 Villa Virginia is highly recommended!
