It is located on the 26th floor of a high rise condominium, which gives our guests an overlooking view of the mountains and city. You can also jumpstart a wonderful day at the pool . Read, write, eat or if you’re up for it, go for a quick swim (the view from the pool overlooking the neighborhood is best enjoyed in early morning sunlight).
The space
This is a newly acquired and newly-furnished one-bedroom unit.
It is just minutes away from the heart of the city and is ideal for small families, couples, backpackers, or travelers. A minutes walk to the mall, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and cafe's .
Guest access
You'll have the entire unit to yourself and will only share it with those you're traveling with.

Guests also have access to the gym, pool, basketball, and tennis court.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

The condominium property management team is currently implementing STRICT precautionary measures of ENTRY REQUIREMENTS for guest. All guests are required to submit vaccination card and valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). An authorization letter signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted along with photocopies of the guests’ IDs or passports.

Please provide all the necessary documents required at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. These are required by the property for security reasons. By submitting your IDs, you agree to disclose all ID-related information in compliance of the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.

Guests are given a unique digital lock code which will be given after submission of pre check in requirements and within 24 hours prior to your check-in schedule.

Check in time is at 3pm. Check out time is at 11am. Please be guided that all guest need to check in and out at the exact times as the cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare for the next guest.
