Outstanding staff, gorgeous hotel, Prosecco and breakfast in bed were the cherries on top! Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Really lovely hotel! Staff couldn't have been nicer. Lots of great little touches like free welcome drink and nibbles, cookie and milk before bed, lovely stylish rooms, great location and all very reasonably priced.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Cow Hollow Hotel and would book another stay with them in the future. I love the vibe and the location is perfect. It was nice being able to walk out the door and have pubs and cafes right at my doorstep while also being a short walk to the train station. The staff was great and always friendly as well.

Lovely boutique hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The courtesy breakfasts were very good. The little lobby bar was a real treat. Highly recommended hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel, in a central location. Some lovely treats included such as welcome sweets, glass of prosecco, complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge and breakfast delivered to your room. The room was compact but clean and had all the amenities you would need, including a safe under the bed, hairdryer and bottles of drinking water. What impressed me was that they made an effort to let me know i had left a tshirt in the room, which i was able to collect before leaving Manchester. I would definitely stay here again.

Make sure you ask for a room upstairs and not the basement - the rooms down there are musty, the windows only kind of open, and they're just awkward all around. Beds are nice and comfortable though. Also, it's loud outside late into the night - though you are right in the middle of the bars, etc., so it's not unexpected.

I loved the breakfast delivered to the room each morning and the prosecco in the afternoon and milk and cookies in the evening. All nice touches. The staff always insisted on delivering the requested items. They were all welcoming and helpful. The location is great. I was very appreciative of the "11ish" checkout time. I didn't have to rush when I need a little extra time. I would stay here again.

Nice boutique hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. The room was very small but had great character. Main criticism is the fact that there is no air conditioning. Stayed during the heat wave and it was unbearable. No other criticisms.

In the northern quarter, but a quiet and intimate, lovely presented hotel - need to find places to eat on the evenings (easy enough) and breakfast served to your room in the morning. Little comforts like rainfall shower, hair straighter, curler, blackout blind, fan and Netflix was much appreciated! Bed was comfy, one caution - steps are steep to top floor (need to ask for assistance if not able bodied)

If you’re after boutique chic and quirkiness in your hotel, this is the place for you. If you’re wanting a big room with plenty of room and storage, then you’ll probably need one of the deluxe rooms ( ie not a standard room, as we had) or a different hotel. The staff were great, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely vibe. Friendly helpful staff. Nice touches like free prosecco and nibbles as well as coffee and fruit. Relaxed atmosphere and lively room. Brilliant location, will come again.

I liked the decor but the room was in the basement and felt like a dungeon and right next to an entrance door for staff and below the lobby entrance stairs so was so noisy as well as the window right at ground level in a busy alleyway so lots of noise and no privacy.

Excellent location, friendly and accommodating staff, cute and comfortable room, great breakfast and bar. Highly recommend staying here if you're staying in the Northern Quarter!

Beautiful boutique hotel in Manchester. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Gorgeous building and lovely rooms. 10 minute walk to the station and center of the city, but not too loud.
