The Space:
Soft light filters across whitewashed walls as you step into this Santorini-inspired apartment in Manchester’s Ancoats district. The atmosphere feels connected to the pulse of the city—canal paths are just outside, and the hum of New Islington adds a quiet rhythm to your stay. Inside, the open-plan layout creates an airy retreat where you can unwind, cook, and share time together after exploring the city’s vibrant streets.

Living space
Settle into the inviting living area, where a 55-inch Sky Glass smart TV offers Sky channels and streaming options for relaxed evenings in. A window seat invites you to pause with a cup of tea and take in the tranquil surroundings. When needed, the sofa transforms into a double sofa bed, allowing flexibility for additional guests. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.

Kitchen & dining
The Santorini-style kitchen is bright and fully equipped, featuring an induction stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. You’ll find cooking basics and dining essentials ready for use, with a large dining table that seats six. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before a day in the city or sitting down for dinner with friends, the space blends function and comfort.

Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a distinctive circular freestanding bath, a serene feature designed for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom is set on a mezzanine level, accessed by 11 steps, where low ceilings and softly curved beams evoke the feeling of a cozy cave retreat. Please note, that due to the unique architectural design, the second bedroom features low ceilings with a maximum height of 1.6 meters, requiring guests to crouch. Additionally, be mindful of the 1.4-meter maximum height under the beams.

Bathroom
The bathroom is styled with an elegant arched ceiling and a spacious walk-in wet room shower. Fresh towels and bathroom essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.

Amenities & essentials
You’ll have access to WiFi, a dedicated workspace, central heating, and an in-unit washer and free dryer. The apartment is pet-friendly (fee applied) and includes self check-in via a smart lock. Safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and an exterior security camera at the front door are all in place. A Minut decibel sensor in the communal living area helps ensure a peaceful environment without recording audio.

You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

The apartment is perfectly located on the eastern edge of the city centre in Ancoats, looking over a beautiful green space and conveniently placed seconds away from the New Islington metro-link stop. You’ll benefit from being seconds away from canal-side walking paths, getting to enjoy the peace and tranquillity that New Islington has to offer, all whilst being walking distance from the best spots in Manchester.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
