When getting from the apartment to Manchester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in on foot as finding parking can always be a struggle.

Luckily for you, the apartment is in the ideal location so nothing is too far away.

You can also use Manchesters taxi service and Uber to easily get around.

RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties!

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.

*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

*To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport.

*Please note: We charge a £20/hour early check-in fee if you check-in before the time stated on the listing without prior approval and a £20/hour late check-out fee if you check-out later than 10 am.

Communication without resolution. We had an issue with an alarm beeping in another unit. Even though the host communicated with us promptly they were unable to resolve the issue which caused us to sleep poorly. Waking often. I have one other major issue. ONE key and only one. There were 3 in our group and we were trying to attend 2 different events. My wife had to cancel because you have to have a key to get I and out of the building. Effectively she was a prisoner while I was out. Incredibly stupid.Other than these 2 major issues the unit was perfectly located for us. Well stocked (except shower gels etc) and we had to ask for dishwasher soap. Who wants to buy a bag of 30 for the unit for 4 days. Overall we survived but I would probably not choose this unit again. It was ok but had a few issues. We have continued to Edinburgh. 3 keys, lots of soap, bathroom amenities, oh, and paper towels, napkins and tissues. Simple inexpensive things that make a unit livable.
