A light-filled garden studio with glass on three sides, tucked away in large landscaped grounds shared with a grand Victorian villa in leafy Victoria Park. Wander the lawns, winding paths and planted borders, or challenge someone to a game on the giant chess set, just a short bus ride from Manchester city centre.

GOOD FOR PETS and LONGER STAYS:

Well-behaved pets are welcome (maximum one, £50 pet fee). With a kitchenette, dining table and space to work, the studio is also a comfortable base for longer trips. For families with smaller children, a travel cot with sheets is available on request.



PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

For convenience we'll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you'd like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we'll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:

You're in Victoria Park, a leafy conservation area of grand Victorian villas just south of Manchester city centre. Rusholme's famous Curry Mile, the University of Manchester, Manchester Royal Infirmary and the Whitworth art gallery and park are all close by, and the bars and cafés of Fallowfield are a short hop south.



Getting Around:

Frequent buses run along Wilmslow Road and Oxford Road into the city centre, taking around 15 to 20 minutes. Manchester Piccadilly and Oxford Road stations are a short bus or taxi ride away.



Parking: Free parking is available on site.



Uber operates throughout the city.
