We are just a short 10 minute drive straight into the city centre where you can enjoy all that this fabulous city has to offer!

if you don’t fancy driving, we’re a 10 minute walk from the nearest tram station which you can then take a 10 minute tram right into the city centre.



TRANSPORT

You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 10 minutes walk away at Abraham Moss.

We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.



You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.



You’ll also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and explore – complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of every moment.

Located just 15 minutes from the city centre, Crumpsall is a peaceful, residential area with great access to green spaces like Heaton Park and Crumpsall Park. Well connected by tram (Crumpsall stop 5 mins walk) and bus routes, it's a convenient base for exploring Manchester while enjoying a quieter stay.



Getting Around:

Three Metrolink stops—Crumpsall, Bowker Vale, and Abraham Moss—sit on the Bury Line, with frequent trams (every 6 minutes at peak times) offering fast links to Piccadilly and Victoria



Numerous bus routes (88, 89, 149, 154, 59, 41) connect Crumpsall with the city centre, hospital, and surrounding areas



For drivers, the nearby M60 orbital motorway provides excellent access across Greater Manchester

We live in Manchester (and love Manchester!) so are on hand if needed but generally we leave you to enjoy your stay. The apartment is self check-in, meaning no stress with arrival times.



We've also carefully curated our welcome guide which contains some useful information on the apartment (WiFi codes etc) but also some recommendations of our favourite things to do and see to really make the most of your time in Manchester.



We've thoroughly enjoyed testing out the restaurants and tourist attractions and are so happy people love our suggestions too :)
