The Space:

We are excited to welcome you to Calico, a vibrant and elegantly designed 1-bedroom apartment located in the Northern Quarter. The property features bold, thoughtfully curated interiors with natural light streaming in through large windows that frame beautiful city views. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests.



Living space

The living area is a bright, colourful space designed with personality and comfort in mind. Settle in to watch your favourite content on the Smart TV, with Sky Cable, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, and Netflix all at your fingertips. It's a welcoming space to unwind after exploring everything Manchester has to offer - though please note that as a city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and other inhabitants.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper for your convenience.

The cosy 2-seater dining nook is perfect for sharing a meal with a friend or that special someone. This space can also serve as a handy workspace for those travelling on business.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a king-size bed dressed in fresh linens, with room-darkening blinds to keep the light out when you need to recharge. A wardrobe with hangers provides ample storage for your belongings.

Sofa bed

The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Bathroom

The bathroom features a modern rainfall shower. We provide bath towels and hand towels, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap - so you can pack light and arrive fresh.



Location

Calico sits in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter - one of the city's most characterful and energetic neighbourhoods. Independent bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques are all within easy walking distance. A public car park is conveniently located at Oldham Street, M4 5AA.



Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released within 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Prime Deansgate and Castlefield. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public car park located at Bridgewater Street - charges may apply.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.

This property is in a city centre location, inside a multi-dwelling building with other occupiers. There is the potential for noise expected in city, as well as noise from other occupiers of the building.



This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £25.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.



There is no lift/elevator in the building. Access to all apartments is via stairs only.
