    The Space:

    Light fills this spacious duplex penthouse as you step inside, where open living areas flow effortlessly across two floors connected by a graceful spiral staircase. The heart of Manchester hums just beyond your windows, placing you within minutes of the Palace Theatre, Bridgewater Hall, and the city’s cultural landmarks. After a day exploring, return to a retreat designed for comfort and connection.



    Sleeping arrangements

    Four king-size bedrooms on the lower floor provide a peaceful rest for up to ten guests. One bedroom features two king-size beds, perfect for families or groups. Each room includes blackout curtains, wardrobes, and soft linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.



    Bathrooms

    Three bathrooms offer a choice of spaces to unwind, including one with a large jacuzzi bath. Bath towels, hand towels, and bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body soap) are provided, so you can refresh easily after a day in the city.



    Kitchen & dining

    A full kitchen lets you prepare meals and share them at the large dining table that seats up to twelve. You’ll find all the essentials you need to cook and serve, along with a Nespresso machine for morning coffee and wine glasses for relaxed evenings together.



    Living area

    The main living space invites you to settle in with a 55-inch Smart TV offering Sky TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Open and airy, it’s a place to gather, stream a favorite show, or simply talk late into the night beneath high ceilings and warm lighting.



    Sofa Bed

    The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.



    Comfort & convenience

    Air conditioning and heating keep the temperature just right, while portable fans and a washer add convenience during longer stays. Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and an elevator provides easy access to the penthouse.



    Safety & security

    For peace of mind, the home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance, and a Minut sound sensor helps maintain a calm environment without recording.

    Located in Manchester City Centre, the apartment places you near galleries, theaters, and restaurants that define the city’s creative energy. Whether you’re exploring historic streets, attending a performance, or enjoying nearby dining, everything is close enough to experience on your own schedule.



    Guest access

    Entry is simple with self check-in through a smart lock. The building includes an elevator that meets accessibility dimensions, and paid parking is available nearby.



    This penthouse offers space, privacy, and comfort right in the center of Manchester, creating a welcoming base for your stay in the city.

    Guest Access:

    Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



    In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £70.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



    Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

    Other Things to Note:

    Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.



    Upon entering the building through the main entrance there are 7 steps.



    If the building elevator is out of order, you may be required to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. The upstairs can be accessed by spiral staircase only There is no lift to the upper floor of the property. Please keep this in mind if you have any accessibility needs.



    We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    - The aircon is on the upper floor only.

    - For sleeping arrangements, one bedroom features two king size beds.

    - The jacuzzi bath in the bathroom is limited to a maximum capacity of two people due to weight restrictions and health and safety regulations.

Clean and really nice place. Only problem is some of the rooms heaters doesn’t work we were forced to sleep in the living room
