Great Value - Golf Course & Ski Condo- Awesome Mountain View Location

Great Location! Golfers and skiers will enjoy this comfortable, charming Schuss Mountain unit, but will absolutely love the location even more. This ground floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo sleeps 4 (1 queen in the bedroom and a double futon fold out in the living room).

The condo sits a chip shot from the 18th green, next door to the clubhouse. There is also a putting green outside the front door. For skiers it is just yards from the lodge and ski hill, and very near the cross-country ski trail.

Schuss Mountain is the most serene of three villages in the Shanty Creek Resort. Four golf courses are within the Shanty Creek complex, with the ever popular Schuss Mt. G.C. out your front door. Arnold Palmer's 'The Legend', and the 'Cedar River' courses are world class golfing venues.

Schuss Mountain is a very popular ski resort offering quad chair lifts, many trails, and night skiing. The cross-country skier will love the 30 km of trail just outside your front door.


Fall provides a spectacular palate of colors in late September and early October.

The town of Bellaire and Mancelona are 5 minutes by car.

Amenities: The condo sleeps up to 4 (1 queen in the bedroom and 1 double fold out futon in front room) It includes: Air Conditioning, Stove top burners (no oven), microwave, refrigerator, there is an outdoor key/lock closet for guest's ski or club storage.

Linens and towels are provided at check-in
Activities: (4 courses on Shanty Creek/Schuss Property), Downhill and Cross-country Skiing, Snowboarding, hiking, restaurants, and shopping and Turtle Creek Casino (30 miles).

Our second visit to this property, so it's obviously doing something right. Perfect for 2 people, maybe a kid or 2.The kitchenette is small but entirely functional with a cooktop and microwave roaster oven. Certainly adequate for a resort vacation. Bob, the host, seems like a truly decent guy with a genuine interest in assuring a quality stay.

Very nice place to stay! Quaint, but super cozy and sufficient for our needs. Had trouble with the lock box so just used the spare key. Would stay again!

Great location for skiing at Schuss Mtn, quick 2 minute drive to the yellow chair lift. Also nice view out of the front door looking at the ski hill. Just a quick note for people bringing the doggos, make sure you bring their crate so you can do that when you leave to ski as the owners request you to do that. We used the grill outside to cook so that was nice to have. Also I was a huge fan of all the notes left everywhere for directions. And the bathroom was great for drying our ski gear when we took breaks for lunch and dinner. With some minor details it could be even better. Also the hot tub at the pool is forever broken, not the fault of the host however for the resort to charge 110 a lift ticket maybe they could fix the hot tub. The sauna works so that was enjoyable.

Only a kitchenette, but certainly adequate for 2 people. Coffee maker, stove top and combination microwave/roaster/ convection oven. Beautiful view of the ski slope out the on the front patio, golf fairway/green on the back.

Great stay, fantastic host's

This property was exactly what we expected, right next to the club house. The course and grounds looked great. The condo had everything needed for a seamless stay, well equipped kitchen, nice size bathroom and super comfortable bed. Very quiet location, we could hardly hear the mowing crew each day. We got to meet the property owners, we can honestly say we now have two new friends, great people. This will be our choice location every time we visit.
