Casa Descansa—a vacation to feel good, enjoy yourself, and relax!

  • Our house was completed in 2012 and is located right next to two stunningly beautiful bays (Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila, about a 5- to 10-minute walk away) in a small, family-friendly complex. The nearest larger town is Porto Cristo, about a 5-minute drive away. The house is modernly furnished and features a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest restroom.

    On the upper floor is the modern living room with a TV and stereo system, adjacent to a spacious balcony. From here, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape with a breathtaking view into the distance. This floor also features a fully equipped kitchen and the guest restroom.

    The first floor of the house features the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed; the third bedroom is slightly smaller and is furnished with a bunk bed (120 cm by 200 cm), which is also very suitable for adults. There is also an utility room with a washing machine on this floor. Each bedroom has direct access to the garden. The house features a large terrace with a private pool and sun loungers. There, you’ll find lounge chairs and a cozy garden lounge where you can relax. Round off the evening with a delicious barbecue on the charcoal grill and a glass of wine.

    Additional details about the house: The house is approximately 150 square meters in size and is habitable year-round thanks to an air conditioning system that can both heat and cool. In addition, the dining/living room and both bathrooms are equipped with infrared heating for the cooler months. There are two private parking spaces in front of the house. If you feel the need to stay connected to the outside world even while on vacation, our Wi-Fi network is available for your use.

Fantastic villa in good location, 5 minute walk to the local beach which is beautiful. The villa has everything you could ask for and more. The property was spotless, there really is nothing negative to say. Parking in onsite in a gated community. The hosts were very polite and always available if needed. I would highly recommend this property and host.

A lovely property in a great location. Local beaches are excellent and the host was very good. Nice indoor and outdoor space. Thanks for accommodating us we had a great time.

Alles wie es sein muss

Von der Anreise/ Check-In bis zum Check-out war alles perfekt. Die Immobilie eignet sich super zum entspannen, selbst mit einem kleinen Kind war es nicht mit Stress verbunden. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus ist sauber und der Pool wirklich toll. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Landschaft. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Lovely, relaxed holiday in Cala Mandia

Fantastic property with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Close to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet too. Astrid was very helpful when our transfers didn’t show up, helping us to contact trusted taxi services and get us both to and from the resort. Stopped this from spoiling our holiday and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a wonderful holiday!

This villa was excellent. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Large TVs and soundbar. Full laundry. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Great location too. Minutes from shops, restaurants and beaches. Lovely view from balcony and very peaceful. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Petra is a great host and helped us every step of the way. The check-in and maintenance team were very efficient and professional. Highly recommend Mucho gusto Italian restaurant and Bar Allegre for brunches and snacks. Although there are many local shops and restaurants around. You honestly would not need to bring anything to this villa. It's spotlessly clean and equipped as well as my own home. Modern villa with modern and comfortable furniture. A true home from home. Local shops are a bit pricey but well stocked. We had a car so could go to supermarkets at Porto Cristo and Sa Coma easily enough.Look no further if you want a great place to stay.

Vermieterin und Betreuung vor Ort = 11 von 10 Punkten! Kleinigkeiten wurden voller Verständnis für uns zeitnah behoben. Haus ist modern und es fehlt an nichts. kleine Fussmarsch

Schönes und gut gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir (Eltern mit erwachsener Tochter und Schwiegerfreund) waren Anfang Oktober eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Liegt ruhig und fussläufig zum angenehmen Ort und der Cala Mandia. Gute Aufteilung mit sehr schöner Loggia. Sehr gute Ausstattung, auch und insbesondere der Küche. Völlig unkomplizierte und wirklich sehr nette Begrüßung bei der Anreise und ebenso angenehme Übergabe bei Abreise. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Einzig der Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können - die Nächte waren recht kühl und das konnte über den Tag offenbar nicht kompensiert werden. Aber das Mittelmeer war schön warm...

Lovely home in great location

We chose the property having visited Cala Mendia / Cala Anguila before, our favourite part of the Island. The house is in a quiet area but only a short walk to the beaches.The house is large, well equipped and comfortable. The photos don’t show the bedrooms very well. One king room is large with a dressing area, there is another king room and a room with a large bunk bed. Our group all slept very well. There are no curtains so it is light early on but we all had eye masks so no issue for us.The pool area is relaxing and there is an engaging view from the upstairs balcony. It was very hot outside but the air conditioning inside is effective.The communication with Petra and the people supporting the house was faultless.

Excellent stay

Great house in excellent location. We could explore the whole east side of the island by car and had walking distance to two beaches. Nice to have walking distance to both bars, restaurants and grocerry store from the house. House was spacious with balcony where we could enjoy both breakfast and dinner with nice and relaxing view. Good central aircondition, split in upper and lower level of the house. Owner was quick to respond to all questions and was easy to communicate with. Pool area was of good size for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Parking possibility just outside the house is a bonus. What we missed in the house was beachtowels to borrow and possible toumbledryer. But we had no problems in drying clothes and towels since sun did the job pretty fast.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick, schönes und sauberes Haus. Der Kontakt war super unkompliziert und wir durften sogar schon eher einchecken, da wir morgens gelandet sind. Wir konnten hier sehr gut entspannen.

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus

Ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Balkon. Aufgrund der Lage am Hang sehr schöner Blick in die Weite. Im unteren Geschoss befinden sich die Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse und Pool. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Gut ausgestattet. Der Gartenbereich ist recht klein und durch die reihenhausartige Anordnung sind die Nachbarn unmittelbar angrenzend. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Very relaxing!

We had a wonderful time at this villa. It is superb and the pool is fantastic; we used it so much. The villa is immaculate and spotlessly clean. Petra was excellent to correspond with and replied by return to my questions.

PRECIOSA VILLA

La villa es preciosa, más bonita que en la web. Es espaciosa limpia y con un aire acondicionado muy bueno. A la playa se tarda unos 5 minutos andando pero la piscina está impecable y calentita. Dar las gracias a la propietaria por estar en todo momento pendiente de todo. Sin duda voy a volver, hemos pasado unos días muy buenos.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage. Fußläufig sind 3 Buchten zu erreichen. Würde das Haus wieder buchen. Der Hausverwalter vor Ort seeeehr nett!
